How to reduce morning palpitations... Once I woke up in the morning more than hour I'm having palpitations more than 120 BPM... Doctor prescribed me inderal 10 mg but dis morning palpitations I can't able to reduce it...

Palpitations can be due to various reasons like medical conditions like thyroid, cardiac problems etc and psychiatric conditions like Anxiety which can be reduced with medications like SSRI s. It's due to anxiety or apprehension..does you have any stress .. you may take longer breath it's called JPMR Exercise whenever u r feel like that and you may take inderal 20 suppose u don't have asthma or breathing related issues in past
