How to stop Nexito plus

I am taking half meloset (3mg) and 1/4 of nexito plus before going to bedtime for anxiety and I want to reduce the power and for lower dosage of nextrio plus to clonazepam?

Can do over months, Reduce it very slowly. Stopping medicine carries a risk of relapse of symptoms. Why do you want to stop it ? Consult your psychiatrist before stopping meds.
