Depression brain cells loss
I have heard, as a lay person, that in depression, 3 key areas of the brain are affected. Hippocampus, prefrontal cortex and amygdala. Some say that due to inflammation, stress, release of inflammatory cytokines, neurotransmitters imbalance etc, brain cells are killed of and their death happens. Is this a mechanism in depression? Some say only neurotransmitters are imbalanced and dysregulation of neurotransmitters. Some say, even oxygen is reduced, brain cells are killed off permanently. What is the truth? Can someone please guide correctly?

Past bad memories
I m into sales & mkt for last 15 yrs and often travels across south. I have a young daughter of 8 yrs and my wife is a home maker. Often arguments occur between us due to no personal time allocated since my work demands more than 12 hrs both office and home and many a time, i recv calls late evenings from customers which often irritate my wife as well my daughter and they often used to argue about, why I need to pick up calls post office hours and always pesters me not to use phone at home for office purpose once I reach home after 7 or 8pm but my work demands more hours and most of my time goes on phone both office and after home. I m aware abt the fact, i m not spending quality time with my family last many yrs and even if I took off for a family vacation or a short break, i was not able to avoid official calls during that time too which makes my wife furious and often shouts at me. I don't find a way to come out of this issue since I work for a service industry which demands time

Adhd In India
Hi, I recently got diagnosed with adhd and it was a very long process, even after diagnosis, I find no relief as popular medication used to treat disorder is banned in India. Such as Adderall, while I've been in Inspiral 20mg sr I find its efficacy rather dull in nature. My friends abroad have told me Adderall does wonders for them and their adhd, so I can't get the meds that work rather well because I was born here, or use a substitute with seemingly no benefits, what are my options to ask my doctor for other medications and such, any help is appreciated.

Cheap prescription and medicines(update)
Thank you for replying to question from yesterday . @Dr Priya Sarkar, first of all thank you , and I couldn't find your contacts info anywhere , please clarify how can I contact you . Let me be clear , I have visited psychiatrists 5 times . 3 of them was in Sikar govt hospital and they gave me the same medicine every time even when I told them it was not working . These were the medicine - Alprazolam,
Amitriptyline, Mecobalamin, Fluoxetine.
Then I went to a private practitioner , and he gave me different medicine , I can't make out their name but I still have the prescription . Those actually worked a bit , but it had side effects like headache and the doctor was soo rude. Then I went to GIMS .I showed them the previous prescription and they gave me medicine - Escitalopram and Clunazepamoism but it also didn't had any positive effects that's why I have given up on the government hospital thing. Also I do have rs 2000 , but I'm skeptical that it would not be enough just like last time.
