I quit escitalopram on 31st march 2026 tapered it down by 2.5 mg, but on june 11 today by mistake I ate 10mg escitalopram instead, I was meant to eat propranolol. Is that serious?

Im going through Anxiety disorder for last 1 year . Initially I was given Paraxitine 10mg extended release for 15days by neurologist at night but resulted in partial insomnia . I was asked to  taper off and try psychiatrist , adviced CBT only. Then after 10 months I'm given Desvenlafaxine 50 mg extended release at night , for last 5 days I will wake exactly 4.45 - 5 hours after taking the tablet ( i tried taking an hour early and tried , I will wake up an hour early mid sleep) . I'm troubled with sleep and fatigued through the day . Usual side effects I'm already informed exists ( constipation , dry mouth , slight dizziness ) . Is it worth switching the dosage timing to morning .
