Please tell me for that these medicines are and how many duration a person should take this? Should the person will behave normal with this medicine?

Dear Dr, I am taking clonazepam 0.5mg in the morning and night. Dr has suggested to take Librium 10 mg morning and night. Is this a better option for Anxiety, Please suggest.

I am in loop of my past traumatic incident though,matters are solved now but I can not get out of this.2-3 specific thoughts come again again .It disturb my studies my daily .I feel low confidence.I can't get out from this.When I am going to stop the thoughts , thoughts become more stronger.I want to live a Good life🙏

Hello Doctor, I was prescribed Escitalopram 5 mg and I started taking it on 28 January 2026. I took Escitalopram 5 mg for 8 days, but after that, for the next 4 days I accidentally took a different medicine, thinking it was Escitalopram because both tablets looked the same in color. I realized this mistake today (10 February 2026). I am worried whether missing Escitalopram for 4 days can cause any problem. About 1 year ago, I had OCD intrusive thoughts, including unwanted sexual intrusive thoughts involving my mother. Earlier, I had taken Flunil 40 mg continuously for about 9 months, after which my symptoms stopped completely and I felt recovered. Currently, those intrusive thoughts have NOT returned, but I am feeling fear and anxiety that they might come back because of this 4-day accidental gap. I would like to know: Can a 4-day accidental gap at a low dose of 5 mg Escitalopram cause relapse of OCD or any withdrawal symptoms?

I am OCD patient from last 11 years from 2014 to 2019. I will take alprax 0.5 but I not feel normal totally so I go to psychiatric treatment from 2019 to 2024 and I start Floxamine faloxtine paroxtine clonozopam etizolam proparanol not take all medicines together but in 2019 to 2024 my liver going fatty . Again and again in so many times SGPT is 530 and SGOT is 400. So I stop these psychiatric medicines and again go to Alprax 0.5 again by liver goes normal again but this psychiatric medicines left behind gas problem .... Now from last one and a half year my OCD anxiety is back again is any medicine in medical Line, which normalised my OCD and anxiety and also my liver become stay normal....

I had Insomnia from 2 months zoldipem had not work etilozpam 0.25 mg also won't work clonazepam 0.5mg show very little effect I can sleep 3 hrs then again arouse and sometimes full night cannot sleep I listen vlop nucleus damage in brain cause persistent insomnia is it true what investigations should I do to check my vlop nucleus

I am taking paroxetine cr 37.5 mg from 45 days and still anxiety happens please tell me what should I do??

I experience rapid heartbeat , slight chest pain , dizziness, feeling of going blank and loosing consciousness, pinching sound in the ear , shivering hands and body , slow blurriness and random flashes of light in front of eyes for few seconds and all of these symptoms do not occur every day , they occur randomly sometimes , also i overthink a lot on unnecessary things ,create fake scenarios in my mind and cry very quickly on small things , i have even been sleeping a lot these days and not been able to concentrate for long hours , i wanna know all these symptoms are causes of which issue .
