I am taking paroxetine cr 37.5 mg from 45 days and still anxiety happens please tell me what should I do??

I experience rapid heartbeat , slight chest pain , dizziness, feeling of going blank and loosing consciousness, pinching sound in the ear , shivering hands and body , slow blurriness and random flashes of light in front of eyes for few seconds and all of these symptoms do not occur every day , they occur randomly sometimes , also i overthink a lot on unnecessary things ,create fake scenarios in my mind and cry very quickly on small things , i have even been sleeping a lot these days and not been able to concentrate for long hours , i wanna know all these symptoms are causes of which issue .

I am a night owl t tried everything thing but not beneficial for me can i take melatonin if yes than what mg should I take??

Which medicine is best for short term use for anxiety clonazepam or lorazepam which has less addictive

I have been having anxiety attacks and overthinking with which my stress and heart is racing. The petril Md 0.5 is not working. Is there any way to stop all of the the pain? Any other medications?

He couldn't focus on his job. He is aloof, dull. Not much interaction. We don't want to leave him alone. He spent 25 days in mental health hospital and the doctor said it's a cluster bean problem. What's the solution and whether he will be alright. How long the medication is to be taken? Whether will he be able to work?

I see that the medical shop keepers not giving medicines prescribed by psychiatrist even if there is prescription. It is also not available online(example.. Clonazepam, mirtazapine etc). Does one lose sleep permanently or have sleep difficulties that are persistent after rtms 30 sessions? Does rtms cause any harm to the brain or cause sleep issues for ever? Please guide. I lost sleep after rtms treatment and if I take sedative antidepressants, I can sleep but without which, sleep doesn't come. Is there any harm to the brain areas due to rtms sessions that don't allow me to sleep or what? Please suggest. And i do not feel depressed or even anxiety.

I have been a severe OCD patient for 11 years, from 2014 to 2019 I take alprax 0.5, but I did not feel comfortable totally , so from 2019 to 2024, let's go to OCD medicine, my liver started to deteriorate again and again, SGPT 530 or SGOT 350, so I had to stop taking faloxmine paroxtine etizolam and clonozopam these medicines are not taking together change time to time in five years, but are not good for my liver. now I take alprax 0.5 again . now my liver is normal but ocd is severe again so please tell me is there any medicine that my liver does not deteriorate and my OCD anxiety is also become normal
