My wife was diagnosed with health anxiety & sometimes face panic attacks due to same. Recently one of the doctor has advised to take Benfotiamine( B1) 900 mg per day & nutritional yeast fortified version in the diet along with magnesium glycinate.
I need advised on Benfotiamine supplement as I am unable to find a good brand online or at pharma shop? Also please advise on the dose of Benfotiamine if 900 mg is too high or normal?
Also advise on dose of Magnesium glycinate for anxiety & sleep issue?

A daily dose of 900 mg of Benfotiamine is a high therapeutic amount, while the typical supplemental dosage for Magnesium Glycinate ranges between 200 mg and 400 mg of elemental magnesium per day. Clinical trials have safely used up to 900 mg of Benfotiamine daily without serious toxicity, but standard over-the-counter options usually supply only 150 mg to 300 mg per capsule. These medication are not treatment for anxiety and adjuvant supplemental treatment. It does not cure anxiety.
Next Steps
consider changing Psychiatrist if it is being claimed that benfothiamine will cure anxiety.
