If bupropion SR twice is not much effective than bupropion XL twice than why does doctor prescribe XL at once like 300 mg basically I want to ask that can we take Bupropion XL 150 twice a day if it is not causing any issue??...

Its for psychiatry I have a  weird mentall illness...I am not doing job or any kind of productive work from years.my problem is I can't able to do any productive work for some days...3 or 4 days. I have visited many psychiatry doctors and counsellor..some gave medicine for bipolar,some gave for depression. Now I am describing my problem in clear way.. I can't even count numbers 1 to 20 ..mentally at specific time like at 1 pm...for consecutive 3 days. Telling this way ..I am telling the severity of problem.its not about any number game. So can anyone tell what actually is this illness.is any psychiatry medicine is helpful?

I am fully stress because of work pressure and family issues. I need break from my work and should I get medical certificate for stress

I was on medication taking  zaporil 12.5 my and Olan 2.5 mg, I stopped Olan last year and continued taking zaporil . now I am taking half does of zaporil as prescribed for last 3 month.is it safe to discontinue medicine. I want to know the effectiveness of zaporil 6.25mg.

I am unable to quit my porn watching and masturbation habit. It give me strong urge to watch porn and and watching porn led to masturbation. I can only control 2-3 days to 5-6 days. Specially at night. It feels like I am not under control at that time and if I want to control it distract me.

1) My major problem:-I  have been feeling Forehead tightness ( Pressure like ) since last 2.5 years. This head tightness becomes worse as soon as I start studying, eating spicy food and sweet products and Mobile/ Laptop screen.                                                                            2) Test done:- # Brain MRI, BP, Suger , Urine, Blood cbc, thyroid,Ct PNS( for Sinusitis), no gas problem - all reports are normal.                                                                   3) My earlier lifestyle:- I was preparing for competitive exam since 2020. So, i cut physical activities and Outdoor sports completely. I used to study in mobile pdf/ notes most of time.                                                                4) Went many doctors but nothing work. ChatGPT examined my problem as - Tension headache with central brain hyper sensitivity. It prescribed -Nortimer 25mg, Dezula 20mg. Initially 3 months worked and i was able to study but now same problem arise.

I am 21 years old. For the past 8 years, I get very irritated by the sound of chewing food, and for the past 1 year, the sound from my mother’s throat also irritates me a lot. It makes me very angry, and sometimes when I hear her voice, I feel like ending my life. I want to sit and talk with my mother, but I am unable to do so. I feel like this will never get better. I have now completely given up.

I recently joined a job that requires around 10 hours a day, and it feels overwhelming for me right now. I’m willing to improve and grow, but these mental health challenges sometimes get the best of me. I’m also under a lot of stress from family, professional, and personal issues, which adds to the exhaustion.
