I have an urgent need to get a job due to financial issues. I tried finding methylphenidate in GM Road, Patna, but could not find it at any pharmacy. Would it be possible to get methylphenidate prescribed, as I feel my inattentive symptoms and memory-encoding issues are severely affecting my interview performance and ability to clear interviews within a limited timeframe? I can also receive medicines through courier. If needed, I am willing to book a consultation with a doctor outside Patna as well.

I have IBS issue breathlessness passing motion anxiety but now I m passing mucus in stools is it dangerous I have this problem since 1 year on off issue sometimes normal sometimes digestive issue and mushy stools which is not firmed my vit d is also low 12.8 Dr gave me amitone 10mg will it help

I have been prescribed Prolomet XL 25 (metoprolol) and Pexep-CR 12.5 (paroxetine). I read there is interaction between the two. Can i take them together?

I was on anti-depressants consistently since March 2023. (Fluoxetine for 2years, Sertraline for 8months, Paroxetine for 8 weeks, & Escitalopram for more than 8 weeks) I have recently tapered off Rexipra (Escitalopram). I was taking a 10mg dose. I switched to 5mg for 10-15 days & then 2.5 mg for 10 days. I am experiencing severe insomnia & moderate restlessness. After tapering, now I take Tranxiety (Etifoxine 50mg) to manage anxiety & it seems to be working without impairing the day-to-day function (which happened on Clonazepam & Alprazolam) DOES tapering off any anti-depressant cause - post discontinuation syndrome? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

Can inhaler be used instead of medicines for panic attacks when I am unable to breathe . I do not have asthma's is have checked it

She have the mood disorders sometimes feels good happy sometimes becomes agressive shouting. Always sleeping starts crying when someone says why she is doing like this. Skips meals and says she don't have a value in the house. Actually she has been diagnosed with Type 2 Myotonic Dystrophy

Me jun2020 se desvenlafaxine pr hu, pehle 1month desvenlafaxine 50mg and etlaam pro 1time a day, then next month desvenlafaxine 50mg 2 times a day and etlaam pro 1time, next  desvenlafaxine 100 mg 2 times a day and ese krte 50 mg per day tak laya jun 2022 tak, (only  june 21 se jun22 tak paroxetine 25 mg per day along with desvenlafaxine), phir june 2022 se june 23 tak 50mg a day, june 23 - dec 23 tak 25mg a day and finally dec 23 se abhi 50mg day pr hu. Earlier mere symptoms the low confidence, irritability, mood swings, anxiety issue, social anxiety, panic on accepting new things.
