It's been tough time with my wife and family life.. We've two lovely children.. still family life is not normal.. the domestic conflict has disturbed me and destroying my mental health.. I need session with psychiatrist..

So recently i have been getting alot of rabies news and that has scared me alot because 2 years prior one cat claw scratched me and i didnt had the proper info for vaccination and now i keep feeling scared what if something happens. I need a nuetral doctor opinion should i go for vaccination now after 2 years or should rest thid fear

I've been feeling extreme anger at the slightest of issues which leads me to a hyperactive state. I end up crying so much, regretting over everything in life and even suicidal. After sleeping , the next day i might feel down for a while but not for long, sometimes im right back to being happy like nothing every happened. I become more happy than for a person who was suicidal a night before. This has been happening for months on and off. I overthink over everything and cry so much. These days i also find myself dissociating, looking at myself from a 3rd person perspective,I see myself from that perspective, my face, my expression, my emotion. (this happens especially at serious times). this behaviour forces me to smile when in that situation i definitely shouldn't be doing that. I dont know what I'm going through, if this is normal, can somebody help diagnose me for further treatment.

I was on petril beta 20 for 3 months and betacap 20 for 1 months and cloba 5 mg in half for 1 months then I changed to another doctor who prescribe me pari cr12.5 mg and clonotril 0.25 mg for ten days but I was iregular in taking medicines I only took 5 tab and 1 or 2 tab of clonotril and till now its been 4 weeks  my doctor again gv me pari cr 12.5 mg and clonotril 0.25 mg and on this period my symptoms were so severe as my head was like to explode and bursts I don't know what to do as he has again prescribed me benzodiazepine..will i be able to leave benzodiazepine

Is this health anxiety or I'm exposed to rabies M19 i was vaccinated for anti rabies vaccine in Feb 2025 And I got my second vaccination course from april 16 th to 14th may but I got my last dose 5 days late Did this vaccination fail? # Now this month on 3rd july i splashed some water which was drunk by stray dogs Now after 5 days my left eye is hurting along with my Left side head # The pain comes and goes but the left side head has some pain and it slowly grows and fades But the pain remains on the left eye in which the droplets splashed And my throat also kind of hurts,but I don't have problem swallowing

This is my first relationship in my 26 years of life; I entered into it after giving it a lot of thought, but now it feels like I’m not enjoying it. The guy is really good and loves me deeply, so I just don't understand why I’m feeling this way. I just want to ask if it happens with everyone in a relationship or it's just me who is not sure of it.

Hi i was suffering from demylination it was chronic mri shows all white in brain after stopping psychiatrist medications physical symptom started to improve and neurologist advice me to stop consult psychiatrist it doesn't mean blaming thank symptom is overlapped with psychiatrist and neurologist and it is hard to diagnose demylination by neurologist it's not easy just information thank you and its not tumor or infection
