I have taken 1 and a half tablets of Dedep Plus. After that, I started feeling headache, tiredness, and difficulty concentrating or reading letters on my mobile and in books. Because of these side effects, I stopped taking the tablet from yesterday. Please advise if I should continue or stop it completely, and if there is any mild alternative medicine that suits me better.

I’m currently taking Dedep Plus as prescribed. Since starting it, I’ve noticed that when I wake up, it’s very difficult to open my eyelids — they feel heavy, and I feel drowsy and tired in the morning. Earlier, I could open my eyes normally. Could this be due to the medicine? Would it be okay if I take half a tablet or change the timing (for example, around 6 or 7 pm) to reduce this morning heaviness?

I think I have OCD , whenever I start to overthink it take 1-2 days for me to be normal. I have fear of Rabies even though I have been vaccinated multiple times. Wherever I go I check for cats and dogs multiple times and if they pass from nearby I doubt if they have licked me or not and I go in loop pf overthinking and I check multiple times I am undergoing therapy I don't know which type of Doctor to consult please guide

I don't like anything else. I'm lazy person every time I am feel so tired, and sometimes I'm feeling finish my life. no one can understand my feelings and no one can understand my situation. Please help me if any solutions, sometimes suicide thoughts are coming

I had anxiety issue from last 3-4 months and since from initial days i have started using nexito and Clonazepam. Currently i am on only nexito 10mg from last 3 months. In between, i had some hypertension issue due to stress for which doctor suggested me Inderal LA 20mg and i am using it from last 4 days. He said to use for one month. Now i want to taper nexito 10mg and want to stop it. Since i am totally fine socially, professionally, personally. Except some sort of thoughts and anxiousness at certain times.

In mental stress, strain, depression, anxiety, fear, overthinking etc, where loss of sleep, memory and focus issues etc, and other symptoms of depression or depressed functioning occur, is there any loss of nerve cells or neurons or damage to the brain as an organ? Where nerve cells die off? Any permanent decline in cognitive functions or loss of mental abilities forever? Please clarify. Does cortisol excess due to any reason kill off neurons in the hippocampus forever? Does chemical imbalance or neurotransmitters imbalance lead to neurons dying? Please clarify and give right information only please. The release of inflammatory cytokines kills or damages the brain? Please provide clarity.

Respected doctor Hi , I am terribly depressed within in mind and am very unhappy within. Reasons my dad is an stroke patient once very active now 70 percent immobile, and always sick, plus I m job less, my wife's supporting the family totally Because of my dad's illness I m so worried if something happen to him constantly worried Secondly I fear for slight sensation in my body for some serious ailments. Like I was having slight pain in my naval area and right lower abdomen thought if it was appendix doctors said it's not but still I feel if it's that. Am I a hypochondriac.Thirdly depressing atmosphere at home dad always speaks negativity depressed always. All these have caused heavy heavy depression in me and have lost all enthusiasm in life. Nothing seems to interest me anymore. Friends also have desserted me.plus I m suffering from insomnia So doctor what do I do to come out of depression sir. Please advice. Regards Sandy

I have OCD problem . I have taken 5 to 6 Tt shot in last 10 years One before 3 year one before 2 year and one 7 month before . I don't remember my child time vaccination history. Today I have a very minor bleeding scratch from my wooden study table . Can my previous vaccine helps or I have to take another Tt shot .

Currently I am taking antidepressants but the psychiatrist is not explaining things correctly and it is my right to know about my condition...he prescribed me paroxetine 25 and clomipramine 25 but both medicine is making me weak and sleepy...so I want to take bupropion 150 twice a day and clomipramine 25 in night as same and buspirone for anxiety but it is my thought and I can't do it without medical guidance so..if any doctor can help me with it then please respond..

Can ibs or ulcerative colitis get better by consulting a psychiatrist if so please suggest some good doctors for ibs-d
