Hello, I am suffering from left side body pain(whole body left side symmetrical), Currently taking medicine Rexipra 15+15mg. Still not feeling 100%well. Sometimes heavy headache and nausea is there too. Fear of achievement. Please help to resolve issue permanently

Hello Doctor, I want to discuss my condition and ask some questions. I had severe anxiety, poor sleep, dreamy/unreal vision, slow thinking, confusion, restlessness, and difficulty driving. I was initially prescribed HPDL, Oleanz, Loricalm, and later Encorate Chrono 500. After stopping HPDL, I experienced withdrawal symptoms like dreamy feeling, pressure in head, slow brain, and poor concentration. I was taking Oleanz for about 3 month but stopped it suddenly without medical advice. Since then, I feel mentally slow, stuck while doing tasks, and anxious about my health. Please guide me on medication plan, recovery, and safety.

Depression since 2018 after mother's death, memory loss don't remember 2018, 2019 year events..At present, taking overstress for small small things on daily basis, negative thinking, afraid of getting health issues, confused thought process unable to come at one conclusion. Gets tired easily and has excessive angry outbursts in very loud voice tone than regular voice tone inappropriate to situation..

Hi this question is regarding my father who is 60 years old and senior citizen he is facing some king of issues since past 1 month , he is facing problems like his right side of head gets heavy and on that particular time he feels like fear of and doesn't feel good neither he eats anything he feels discomfort , he have bp which is 160/90 ,and diabetic , thyroid, we went of neurologist in Appollo kolkata we did brain ct scan and ncv of 4 limbs but nothing found in reports dr gave in antidepressant pills so can anyone help me what going on

It started from 2021, I started to feel a bit less motivated and stuff, then in May 2021, I was watching TV and weirdly a switch turned off and I started to feel very anxious, now it's been 5 years and started to live with it, anxiety, feeling demotivated, hopeless, and maybe with depersonalisation, I got some medicines here and there and now I am under proper medication from April,but that depersonalisation and restlessness is still there,if I try meditation, I start to get snake dreams with very ancient snakes and shivlings I tell you I have been getting these dreams for 5 years, and for some reason I am really drawn towards past, and since July 2025 I got bdd as well regarding my face shape and it's more painful, it has to do with my personality as well , I am happy if I get attention and if not I start feeling sad, and I am very competitive, I have to change my personality and not care about physical beauty much ,plz help me I beg you, I am in so much pain!!🙏🙏😭

I have been facing periods of highs without any valid reason and it has led to problems like excessive spending, racing thoughts and out of character behaviour. After this period ends, it's like I am feeling worthless and hollowed out, devoid of emotions, again without any valid reason or explanation. I am not stressed, and everything around me is great, hence why I said without valid reason. This has been going on for years but I don't know whether if it's normal or not.

Hai doctor. I consulted a doctor for auditory hallucination. I'm using Rikson Plus tablet—it's been two months now. The voices I've been hearing have reduced a bit, which makes me happy. But I feel very tired. Can't do any work. My legs feel like they're vibrating when I walk a little. BP has dropped. I saw a general physician; they gave BP medicine. When I told my psychiatrist, they said not to worry. I have slight memory issues—not major. But legs vibrate. Can't stand for long. Been on medicine for two months. Is this common?

Toficalm 50 mg tablet taken in morning and night for 1 week , I want to quit it since I started CBT  , does it require taper , i only took it for 1 week ,
