Hi doc , I wanted to clearly explain my situation , when I'm at my 12 th standard I got into romantic relationship later the very next day my mom knew that and best me so badly later when I was in final yr of my graduation I had my first sex because of that I used MTP it was such a big mess , had panic attack I handled it all alone my partner betrayed me and later I gave on this . Finally started to move on now I'm in a situation that every time I think of that I feel like I will always land into a mess only . I'm trust anyone and i unable accept anyones love either , fear has overtaken my feelings . And now I'm in loop all the time . To be i honestly want to have a relaxing sex just like other but I don't have guts even i do i end up in anxiety, depression that I have done wrong i will be in trouble .

I used to masturbate daily since around 2014 mainly to help myself fall asleep. It was never due to strong sexual urge or feeling horny, it just became part of my sleep routine before bed. Since 2020, after learning about sleep hygiene and using supplements like melatonin and magnesium glycinate, my sleep problem has improved a lot. I no longer feel I need masturbation for sleep, and I actually want to stop it completely. However, I still end up masturbating automatically before sleep around 6–8 times per month. I don’t even feel much sexual urge, but it feels impulsive or habitual, difficult to control, and sometimes I feel unable to think clearly in that moment. I have ADHD (mainly attention deficit + impulsivity type). Since methylphenidate cannot be taken before sleep, I wanted to ask: For this type of  bedtime habit, which medicine is usually considered more helpful — Atomoxetine or Clonidine ER? Would appreciate medical guidance.

My brother working as a teacher and he take christianity 7 years ago. 10 days back he got missed means he went away by leaving family and school. After we got him, he is saying that God is calling him to preach the people. He hadn't eat anything and didn't follow hygiene. Please let us know the solution. Rather than this, he is talking normal with us

I am currently feeling very irritable, short-tempered, and restless. My mind does not stay calm or peaceful. I am unable to feel happy or relaxed, and often get a feeling of wanting to cry. I feel mentally exhausted. Additionally, I have a strong fear of arguments or conflicts. When someone else argues or raises their voice, my heart starts pounding. I constantly feel that it would be much better if no one argues with me. This fear is also affecting me badly.

I can't sleep I have addiction for weed and tried to quit but I can't I have don't have much hunger to anything and my appetite is gone hardly eats 2-3 chapati in a whole day

I am on following medications Nexito forte 1 tablet on lunch Ciplar 40 bd Olimelt 5 mg(7 pm) Ocivox 50mg bd Divaa od 250 mg bed time Can i take ocivox 100 bd As i am having different running thoughts am not taking as o heard about serotonin syndrome please guide me or i can take nexito forte to nexito forte 20 mg please assist me please please please

Im am totally unable do two things at the same time..to listen and read or speak.. if im reading someone speaks it goes blank .. i have to ask them to repeat... if im listening to a speech or video.. same Problem im not focussing too hard also..

I posted once asking about Guanfacine availability in India, and many doctors commented that it is available in India. So I went to my psychiatrist at Sion Government Hospital, Mumbai, but my psychiatrist said Guanfacine ER is not available in India. Now I am confused: Is Guanfacine ER actually available in India or not? Is it unavailable only in government hospitals? Can government hospital psychiatrists prescribe it? Do I need to visit a private psychiatrist/private clinic to get it prescribed? Would appreciate guidance from psychiatrists or anyone who has personally used/prescribed Guanfacine ER in India.
