How to move on from past and how do I forget some person how do I find myself and I'm suffering from past 3 years my past was cheates on me and he chooses his ex while I was with him and I can't imagine my life without him but he says that I'm not we are just frnds but everyday I feel so nervousness anxiety panic attacks what should I do and I'm not able to sleep every night always thinking about that matter please help me for not thinking about him and regaining back to my self change my ideology and brain daily I was crying but that person does not care about me and still day by day he cheates very deeply without any proofs. i don't understand what I'm going through and panic attacks were daily killing me give me any tips that I forget all these things and restart my life pls help him for this any suggestions and any life changing lessons you can tell me and day by day I geeting worse please help from this situation and I can't bear up with these and I'm very sincere about my relatio

Recently I went through a breakup. One week ago we broke up. I couldn't sleep at night. I don't like studying and i m not even studying anymore i stopped everything. My parents are not letting me go outside alone. I feel like i m the worst. Whole day i just feel like tired, lying here and there and watching screen all the time. Sometime my heart beats fast. I m not able to sleep till 2 or 3 everyday and waking up by 9 or 10. Not feeling like getting out of my bed, do something i like, to eat, having bad days. He is getting married soon. Sleeping issues, overthinking, panic attacks. I do start crying anytime

I am getting anxious about little things. Like if a thing is not perfectly arranged in the shelf,i am getting very anxious about that thing and ur It affects my daily life like studying.i get angry quickly and I'm not able to sleep . I've been on Rexipra 10mg for 2 months along with Etilaam 0.5mg for 15 days. Once I took 3 tabs of Etilaam+2 tabs of rexipra at once. Again 1 week later, One night i took 3 tabs of rexipra and 6 of Etilaam at once and couldn't wake up the next morning and missed my class. Since then I'm not able to focus and my sleep is disturbed. Any danger?

Hello Doctor, I had an anxiety attack 3 days ago with BP fluctuations and got admitted. After evaluation, doctors said there is no serious BP or heart issue. I was given Nebicard 2.5 mg and have taken 3 doses so far. Another doctor later checked me and prescribed Nexito 5 mg for anxiety. I have doubts because 2 months ago I took Nexito Plus for a similar anxiety episode (only 3 tablets), and during sleep I experienced cold sensation in the head and sudden waking with fear, so I stopped it. Now I am very anxious about starting Nexito, especially regarding sleep safety. For the last 2 days, I also have severe sound intolerance (TV, loud voices, noise), fatigue, and increased anxiety after the BP scare. Could you please clarify: Is Nexito 5 mg different from Nexito Plus (clonazepam effect)? Is it safe at night if taken in the morning? Will it help with sound sensitivity due to anxiety? Can I start with a lower dose, or try non-medicine options first? Is stopping Nebicard after 3 days okay

I am facing relationship issues due to my insecurities and mood swings. I need help to overcome this.
