Many symptoms can have both neurological and psychological components, so it is important not to focus on just one aspect. I would recommend a comprehensive evaluation by both a neurologist and a psychiatrist, as a combined approach can help identify the underlying cause more accurately and ensure that you receive the most appropriate treatment. Early assessment and coordinated care often lead to better outcomes and a faster improvement in symptoms.
