Hi, I am having OCD. doctor has prescribed uvox cr 150, ristab ls,clonotril 0.5 mg and toxifite and sameral 400 tab for liver. Now I am getting obsessed with toxifite and sameral tab. Sometimes I take this two with the other tabs together back to back and sometimes I take this two after 30 mins of taking the other three . Whole day I am just thinking about this two tabs toxifite and sameral 400. So, I want to stop taking this two and take only uvox,ristab and clonotril. Will taking only this 3 cause any side effect on my liver?

Hello Respected Doctors, Does the efficacy of Divalproex sodium 500 changes if we take it in the evening or sometime before dinner. Is it better to it take after dinner. Pls assist. Diwali greetings to all and regards.

Dear sir/ma'am, I was using Rexipra Forte 20 (Escitalopram Oxalate 20mg + clonazapem 0.5 mg) from last 7 months. Recently, from last 5 days,  I was experiencing hypnic jerks during sleep and also getting dreams during sleep. Kindly suggest why this happens and is there anything to worry about?

Hello doctors,I have been suffering from Anxiety Disorder.I am experiencing palpitations since 8years.I am taking nexito 20 mg and inderal LA 20mg two times a day since 1.5years.But still experiencing palpitations So can I increase my inderal LA 20mg dose to three times a day

Hey I have anxiety and seeking help currently. I want to ask I hear music in my ears almost 24/7 on repeat mode especially when I hear a song that I know the lyrics . I used to hear songs whenever I was sad on repeat mode with my earphones plugged in. Now I have stopped using earphones. I know that I hear them and they cause me difficult to sleep. Right now I hear only songs no other voice . Is it tinnitus or rumination? And how to cure it ?

For the past few days(3 days) I’ve been feeling a spinning sensation in my head during sleep, especially while dreaming or when I suddenly wake up. It feels like dizziness or movement inside my head. I’m not sure if it’s due to anxiety, tiredness, or my current medicine (Dedep Plus). Could this be a side effect, and can you please advise if I need to adjust the dose or take any tests? I'm using Dedep plus tablet last 3 days (doctor prescibed).

My mother has been facing with heart palpitations, dizziness for past 3 years. She is having migraine, tinnitus, sinus and anxiety issues. ECG readings are normal. Hi, I strongly suspect myself of having inattentive adhd, after multiple self-assesment tests, my life history etc. I'm looking to first get it officially diagnosed with proper standardized tests through an affordable online consultation (offline won't work for me). I'm also looking for a doc who has experience with diagnosing inattentive ADHD in adult women (which went undiagnosed since childhood due to "masking" & lack of awareness), and helping with non-medication strategies to cope with it (understanding hormonal issues and PMS/PMDD and anxiety (with panic attack & depression episodes) linked to it will be greatly helpful). Please guide me through the process.

I am on desvenlafaxine 25mg  for almost 1.5 years now..I tried to taper it I tried alternate day dosing it worked  then once in three days it didn't work.. I felt the symptoms again so i again went back to 25mg dose daily.. I need a taper idea

Hello Doctor, I have already taken Dedep Plus tablet (full tablet) for the past three days. After taking it, I feel very tired, fatigued, and have heaviness in my head throughout the day. I also feel dizziness sometimes and my sleep gets disturbed at night. Can I start taking only half a tablet daily at 7 PM from now on? Also, how long should I continue this medication to recover fully from anxiety or related symptoms?
