Pssd after taking single escitapram for 1 year treatment is there any availability and why it happens

I need urgent help, I am trying to quit everyday but I am trapped. I trade even when no setup is there lose money and get depressed. I have tried a lot and it seems the only way this addiction can end is with me.

I had too much hope with clonidine for sleep.doctor prescribed 75mcg. half of the 150mcg every night.instant release. I added self magnesium glycinate melatonin From last three nights I was sleeping only for 1 or 2 hours. Before adding clonidine I was sleeping well around 6 hours? What can be reason? Have you ever seen such? Does it cause insomnia in some people?

From past 7-8 months I'm feeling like he'll I get head spinning 24/7 Difficulty in sleeping No matter i sleep 8 hours or 10 i will still wake up tired and sleepy I feel disconnected from the environment Constant running thoughts i get Blurred vision Nausea 24/7 headaches and not willing to do anything I get all day everyday fatigue I forgot things easily And many more symptoms I'm experiencing Plss can somebody pls help me with this I just wanna get over these shitty symptoms I just can't handle it anymore Plss helpppppp!!!

I have been diagnosed with high dopamine levels and in my home parents are also doing food adulteration when i disagree with them upon certain matter... in order to make me follow their decisions they put medicine in my food and then say me to come to psychiatrist. They are 80 years old and ask me to leave the premises if I don't follow their advice. They have even asked neighbors also to treat me as a patient. What shall I do ?

Since several days i have been feeling extremely anxious with a weird suffocation feeling despite my oxygen levels being normal, it mostly happens at night like a weird void or an overwhelmed state of confusion it sometimes even happen during the day and usually when im alone in my room , and the moment i enter a little crowded place with a lot of noise or horns i feel numb and confused like brain is freezed along with a weird sound or sensation in my ears , several times even it happens like someone is calling or saying me something i am listening to them but i get numb and confused what they said randomly zoned out . I am not even able to sleep at night since several days the moment i get on my bed i feel extremely anxious overwhelmed and suffocated i feel thirsty every few mins and my mouth dries after i get on my bed it affects my sleep cycle sometimes i dont feel sleepy till 3-4 am , due to this i usually get a gap of 14-17 hours between my dinner and brunch

My dad 75yr old is diagnosed with prostate cancer he has very health anxiety don't sleep at night just for viral infection.so we are afraid of telling him we didn't inform him now we need to start treatment . doctor told 1st line of treatment is injection so can we hide this matter from patient .what happens if we tell this matter to patient.
