I have anxiety some time depression last 10 years .. Doctor gave me elstroplram+ clozepam 10 mg elstroplram+ 0.5 mg combination for 3 months... Can 3 months use clozepam safe for me Can I plane elstroplram 10g alone

I am a student with recurrent anxiety and depression. I took escitalopram 10mg from January 2024 to April 2025 and did very well. Eight months after stopping, anxiety returned in December 2025 due to my father falling ill. This second episode was fifty percent milder than my first. I started sertraline 50mg which is working well for anxiety and depression. However sertraline is causing emotional blunting, apathy, anhedonia and low motivation badly hitting my studies. I have no drive or spark to study despite mood being better. Two weeks ago aripiprazole 2mg was added. Since then I have worse brain fog, lethargy, apathy, small mood highs and lows daily and poor sleep. Day twenty five now with no improvement. My questions are One:Stop aripiprazole given poor tolerance at lowest dose after twenty five days. Need tapering? Two : Is bupropion 150mg better augmentation for my apathy, anhedonia and low motivation with sertraline 50mg?

I am taking Sertraline 50mg from 6 months and it helped me very much in GAD and MDD. Now my main issue is apathy and procrastination and inability to study. My psychiatrist gave me Aripiprazole 2mg for the same problem, but in the first two weeks of taking Aripiprazole i am having more brain fog, apathy, disinterest. Now what should i do. Please give me suggestion. Now my main question is, Does adding bupropion will help me or will aripiprazole help me. Which would be better for me according to you and give me suggestions what to take please.

Hello Doctor, My main issue is communication anxiety affecting fluent speaking and verbal expression. I struggle with dialect/language switching confusion, accent insecurity, and difficulty forming and expressing thoughts smoothly. After moving from my town to a city environment, I became more self-conscious about the way I speak. Whenever I need to speak around people — even in normal conversations — I become highly self-aware and mentally freeze, causing speech blocks and difficulty expressing myself. This anxiety usually does not happen when I am alone. I read that this may relate to performance anxiety around language identity, involving self-monitoring, anxiety, and working memory overload affecting speech flow. I also have a history of chronic bullying during school years, which may have contributed to this issue. I would like your opinion regarding this condition and a suitable medication/treatment plan. I have been on paxidep 12.5 alt day and i was absolutely fine in my mental state... from few days i have been having cervical issue cervicogenic headaches and dizziness/imbalance ... and after that i got bad spasm in my top of the shoulder .. andpain in back of my occipital area ..after this i have been experiencing vibrations in my hands and chest and felt like spinning in my sleep its adrenaline rush in my sleep and i am unable to sleep so much so i got panicked that what is happening my head got tensed now my pys is unable to understand .. he just chaged my meds to fluoxetine and paxidep ... but i dont want to take because i was absolutely fine after this cervical thing i dont know when ever i sleep at night in sides i get this flutter and vibration and i wake up ...and now i am photo sensitive got this unreal feeling in light .. i took clonozopam .5 mg and slept in peace as prescibed (occasionally)... please help me i feel its because of my spasm .. i really dont want more meds p

I recently started medicines for anxiety, but I still feel weakness, shaky hands, leg numbness/odd sensations, head heaviness and constant restlessness. Sleep has improved a little, but overthinking and physical symptoms are still there. Is this normal in the starting days of anxiety treatment? How long does it usually take for medicines to start working properly on these symptoms?
