Hi dear doctors, I have been on medicine for more than a year. I am a type 1 diabetic for 12 years. My weight has also increased to 100kgs. My medicines are Mirtaz 7.5, Nexito 20, Lamitor od 100, Sizodon LS (risperidone)  And Oxetol 150. I feel that I am having alot of medicines that is why asking for a second opinion. The psychiatrist described MAD but I feel they have given medicines on the basis of symptoms and they don't know what exactly I am facing. Even after taking mirtaz at 8:30 pm, I wake up at night and my sleep is in pieces (this has happened 2 times), My memory is also deteriorating. When I wake up at night even after taking medicines, I take extra mirtazapine and Lorazepam. I feel  Please advice.

I am used paxidep 12.5 for 3 Month after that paxidep 25 mg for 6 months as per doctor prescribed. Then i am feeling well and not used any medicine for 1 yrs. Again after 1 years I am feeling anxiety and Stress when I am working in office. Always throught coming only worries about health. Like chest pain, body inbalance for sometime and when I feel myself not worry it's anxiety & my report are normal. I am trying myself to control, then getting relax. I am started taking paxidep 12.5 as per doctor prescribed. My question is how many days should I use paxidep 12.5 medicine. Is long term use safe. When I will be come out from Anxiety permanently. Kindly suggest me, your answer will helpful for me. Why happening anxiety and how should control nervous system ourselves.

Hello Sir and Ma'am, On Diva od 500 for BPAD from October 2025,recently having side effects like hair fall and weight gain. Pls suggest any other meds or any way forward to stop the same. Regards

Doctor has prescribe resperidone 2mg . I have heard it increase prolactin in female. And my Atpd is fully cured so what should I do.

Since a few weeks im not able to get good sleep and also i keep getting vivid dreams even when I think good before sleep and sleep on time I wake up in the midnight hours at times in between 3am or 4am which breaks my sleep in middle of the night. How can I get good sleep so that I also wake up fresh without any weariness?

Local doctor has adviced to shift from zolpidem 5 mg to dayvigo for sleep cycle disturbance. Need a second opinion...how to safly shift ...how to overlap both drugs

Hi I am Srijani .I am 19 yeara old. I overthink lots.When I am free or in relaxation time or in study time overthink come .I don't want to think but it come gradually.Sometime it seems Everything gonna be worse in future.I am very conscious about my looks(know I am not so much bad looking) but I am very very conscious. Thinking that I am very bad person. Past mistakes hunt me everytime (without any reason)that time my skull became more hard(by my feelings).Is it any phycological disorders.

Sometimes i get feeling that world is not real everything is my own imagination but its not like derealization or deperaonalization , and it seems very real that i start thinking about it and become super depressed that nothing is real and i fall into anxiety and chest pain , this thinking is very horrifying that i myself choose to get up and go anywhere to distract myself , i got many episodes of depersonalization and derealization before , also had existential depression and anxiety from last 1.5 year but right now i am taking all medicines and symptoms are manageable , what i want to know is i am worrying that is i am missing any pre-symptom of irreversible dangerous mental disorders like schizophrenia or bipolar or borderline disorder .

I had health anxiety problem before 12 months and for which i have used anxiety medications for 6months after that i have stopped gradually in tapering manner for every two weeks. Clonazepam 0.5mg for 30 days and tapered for next 10days. Used nexito 10mg for 5 months and then tapered 5mg for next 1 month. Since from last 2-3 weeks i was feeling somatic symptoms like nerve pulling, muscle tension, anxiousness because of it, repetitive thinking for the same. I have been prescribed 5mg nexito and Clonazepam 0.25mg on SOS basis. And i am using it from last one week. Why such somatic symptoms appear even after 6months treatment and how long do I need use medications. Even i am experiencing some foginess, confusion, negative thinking etc., when using this medication.
