I was born with a birth mark like thing on my right cheek and my nose is also large. I was pointed out this throughout my childhood and initially i didn't notice but slowly i started paying attention. And now it's all i think about.
Even if people say i should stop worrying about it, i can't move forward. I constantly feel jealous and unhappy that everyone else looks fine but my face is totally asymmetrical, weird and i hate that I'm unable to accept it.
I get extremely anxious of going out especially if i know people might take photos because if i see them then i get really down and i start zooming in and feeling bad the whole night.
I have told my family i want to surgically fix my face but they are not ok with it, even I'm worried about pain and what if doesn't go well etc.
I feel trapped because i can't accept myself and that's wrecking my nights and sometimes i feel fine and suddenly if i see my own reflection i go back to feeling depressed, i just hate myself. Please help
