Insomnia and migraine
Im suffering from insomnia and migraine issue since 4 days now due to the suspension from my newly found job in school as a teacher due to disputes of coworkers who were jealous of my growth and because they brainwashed the head person of the school for my removal after some heated arguments and debates also misunderstandings i got so much panic attacks and migraine pain too by this sudden loss of only 21 days at work. And they didnt even pay me salary properly also at home my parents and family members started pointing on me that its all my fault rather than being supportive and empathetic. They misbehaved by scolding me and lashing out at me badly.Im so depressed and its affecting my physical health too. Because no one understands me at all and no ones ready to help me. 😪

I’m sorry you’re going through this. The sudden job loss, workplace conflict and lack of family support can understandably trigger insomnia, anxiety/panic attacks and migraine. Please consult a psychiatrist for proper assessment and treatment; also seek medical evaluation for the migraine, especially if it’s new or severe.

Thank you for sharing this. I know it isn't always easy to talk about personal struggles, so I'm glad you reached out. From what you've described, these symptoms are affecting your daily life and deserve proper attention. I would recommend a detailed psychiatric consultation to understand the underlying cause and discuss the best treatment plan for you.
