Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from insomnia for about a year. Three years ago, I went through a difficult period with depression due to personal issues and was treated at Apollo Chennai for about six months. Since the past year, I have been taking alprazolam every night to sleep. If I don’t take it, I feel sleepy but my mind stays awake all night, and I feel exhausted the next day. Could you please advise what might be causing this and the best treatment?
