First time in my life I'm experiencing migraine headache that's getting worse instead of better due to the bad pain on the right side of my temple and top of my head.
It's more than 72 hours and i still have it...I'm doing warm compress over my head and forehead.
I barely slept due to the pain ...
I have no one to take me to the hospital... please guide me .

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
First episode of a severe headache at the age of 42 lasting longer than 72 hours should warrant a diagnosis other than migraine and needs evaluation. However, if you have had migraine for long, and this episode that your are describing has gone for long, you may need adequate dose of painkillers and probably preventive treatment too depending on past history.
In any case, it is better to get it checked out.
Indeed migraine headaches are troublesome.
You have to consult a psychiatrist for the same. Meanwhile you can take some pain medications if you have at home.
But consultation must , in consultation psychiatrists can teach you to identify and avoid triggers, tell some techniques besides medications to prevent further migraine attacks..
An acute migraine episode that persists beyond 72 hours requires medical intervention to ensure proper control and prevent complications. Effective termination of such episodes should be managed under the supervision of a qualified physician or psychiatrist, with appropriate prescription-based treatment. Migraine episodes can be significantly disruptive, often leading to impaired productivity and a notable impact on daily functioning.
Next Steps
Migraine treatment can be classified as treatment targeting acute Episode and associated symptoms and then prevention treatment where daily prophylactic medications are given to reduce the frequency of migraine episodes. Identifying triggers of migraine and staying away from it/them helps reduce the frequency and severity of future episodes.
Health Tips
Given its first episode you should resolve the episode with NSAIDS/Triptans prescription, in case of recurring episodes, daily prophylactic treatment is advised.
