* **Central Nervous System (CNS) Depression:** Combining amitriptyline with medications like **Clonafit Beta** (clonazepam/propranolol) or **Olimelt** (olanzapine) can cause dangerous levels of drowsiness, dizziness, and slowed breathing.
* **Heart Rhythm Issues:** Several of your current medications, especially when combined, can affect your heart's electrical activity (QT prolongation). Adding amitriptyline further increases the risk of dangerous heart arrhythmias.

You are on multiple medications which provide same action but not a single medication in its max effective dose which is surprising. For example David and Nexito both being SSRIs and having similar action. So you need to consult an astute psychiatrist and get your medication revised as per the symptoms. Good luck
