Based on the symptoms, this could be severe anxiety with obsessive thoughts affecting concentration. However, BP of 170–180 mmHg with severe headache requires immediate medical evaluation to rule out a hypertensive emergency. Your symptoms suggest anxiety/obsessive thoughts interfering with your studies, but a BP of 170–180 mmHg with severe headache is not normal. Please visit the nearest emergency department or physician today for BP assessment and treatment. Once medically stable, consult a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment of anxiety/OCD symptoms. Avoid self-medication and practice a structured study schedule with regular breaks.
