Exam stress N sleepless day before exam
I am a Mbbs graduate.. N preparing for NEET-PG And I can't sleep a day before exam and am screwed up Inicet exam.. Is it advisable to start drugs like zolpidem a few days before exam..before neet, Any advise pls!!

You can take..but take low doses like 5 mg...but don't use it for long a period

Yes you can start a week before Z group helps will sleep initiation Take the lowest dose 5 mg 2 hours before bed time with fixed time each day If needed you can supplement with melatonin 3 mg
