Low energy
Hey I've been taking treatment for 'mixed anxiety nd depression' for 8 months now... Alot has been improved but the low energy problem has arrived from last two months... My b12 nd vitamin d levels have been checked they are very good... Nd also I've been taking benfotiamine 100mg, ala etc from 1 month now... Nd b12 1500mcg from 2 months every day nd 60k iu vit d weekly from 2 months... Also checked my lipids nd cholestrol, nd thyroid urine etc...My doctor increased my escitalopram by 10mg 1.5 months ago but a slight improved nd nothing happens... I Do exercises 4 times weekly... I'm a jee aspirant nd this mental health thing is taking my life away nd bcz of depression I've taken 2nd drop nd this it... I'm taking venlafaxine 75 mg in morning, 10mg escitalopram in afternoon, 10mg escitalopram nd 0.5 mg clonazepam at night.
