My friend while talking during stressful conditions suddenly loses the ability to speak. This has been happening multiple time recently. Especially when he gets angry or upset he is suddenly unable to speak properly. He visited a general medicine doctor and blood test was taken, which have normal results.what could be the reason for such conditions when a person temporarily loses the ability to speak especially while angry or upset. Is this a psychological issue?

Hello Doctors, I have anixety and panic attack for last 9 years I am taking antidepressants but if I Stop taking again it's coming very worse I am not able to tolerate.   It's stared in the year of 2016 when I went to Bangalore for new job. That time I felt lonely and when I enter into the office I felt like I will die like that. Now it's developed like jealous, I am not settled and  others settled . And thoughts keep on coming.
