Can I take ssri along with ashwagandha.I doubt because someone said both will neutralize each other.But my current doctor prescribed it

Hi I had a relationship but he had to marry someone because of family pressure. Now, he is connected to me as we cant let go each other. But at the same time what he is doing for the other person irritates me. I cannot sleep, i think too much, i cry too much and then i feel so lazy all the time. I run from work I dont like talking to anyone and feel irritated all the time. Please help me out.

I need to get assessed for ADHD (ADD/inattentive type). Although I'm not too hyperactive, I have always struggled with Inattentiveness, forgetfulness, mental fog, difficulty staying focused, disorganization, and zoning out. My mind keeps racing from one thought to another all the time and is never quiet. There's always a monolog going on in the background. I also fidget a lot. All this I've experienced my whole life (at least as far back as I can remember). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello doc, I am taking myorest 1/2 tab ,sebelium, ciplar 10 mg for headache and sleep issue after taking I feel good and sleep but now it's been 2 month since I am taking these medicines I want to stop it.how can I stop this because when I tried one day I feel awake whole night. Please help me.

I was a heavy drinker i withdraw it once some time ago and i got suddenly seizure last for 4-5 min then didt got again but again in april i started daily and binge drking i was in fear of leaving but iade up my mind amd consulted a doc she askede about symptoms i ws nervous anxious will wqs like just alcohol shakind hand she. Prescribed me 1-bentofote 2- thiamin three times day 3-vidaa od 500 (vulpuric acid)twise a day 4 qutan sr 50 once in night 5-lorazepam 1 in day and 2 in night before sleep My concern is my heart beat is now between 100-110 and feel like huet fluttering bp 120/90 and sudden i get sweating then it goes away and feeling lik i m shaking from inside head sweats cant sleep whole yesterday and also at night not good sleep Is it cuz of meds or can i  take propranolol 10 mg for heart beat issue

– Symptom Summary I’m 22 and struggling with symptoms I believe are related to ADHD (likely inattentive type). I experience constant brain fog, severe procrastination, and an inability to concentrate   especially during tasks I know are important. I get easily distracted by my phone, forget things, and can’t break down or complete tasks properly. I jump between interests and can’t stay consistent with goals or routines. My brain feels like it’s always on. It won’t stop overthinking, making up imaginary scenarios, or looping thoughts. Even when I want peace, my mind stays active and chaotic. I often feel mentally restless, unmotivated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from long-term goals. Despite doing well in academics, I’ve been dealing with these issues internally for a long time. I’m looking for proper evaluation and ADHD-focused treatment (especially support with executive dysfunction and dopamine regulation).

My doctor recently prescribed me escitalopram 10mg once at night for my anxiety issues. The problem is that after taking it, i feel more nauseous and have a heavy feel on chest which feels like vomit. He has also prescribed clonazepam 0.5 once at night which makes me relax but doesn't solve this nausea problem. I tried taking ondem, and it somewhat helped me but later get to know that it has interactions with escitalopram. My question is that is it safe to take ondem for nausea while i am on escitalopram, though i know this thing is temporary and the symptoms will resolve as the body starts absorbing escitalopram, but for now it is really hard. Please help.

I have anxiety issues from past 7-8 years. I don't have sleeping problem but face gastro symptoms such as diarrhoea, Nausea ( that sometimes result to vomiting ), heavy feel on chest after eating. Everytime my doctor usually prescribes escitalopram 10mg OD. And always within few weeks i start feeling normal, no more digestive issues, like some kind of super power. The problem is that the treatment usually goes for 9-12 months. And once completed and i stop medications( as suggested by doctor ). After few months, 6 or 8 months lets say, it starts again. My doctor again prescribes the same medication. And the cycle goes on. The problem is that over years, the medicine has become less effective. Now my doctor suggests yoga, meditation and lifestyle changes. I tried that too, but when things goes wrong, nothing works. Why to stop these medicines, why can't they be continued for several years i.e, 5-10 years untill i get stable in my life. Right now i am a job person.

Can I get a doctor's note for sick leave I had anxiety but couldn't say that...so I need leave note .

I have been prescribed XET CR 12.5 And Cecon 0.25 once per night for anxiety and depression. I have been taking it for now 10 days. However, my morning sinking feeling of depression still persists. And on days my eyes feel heavy. How do I know if the medicines are working or not ? My depression is more severe in the mornings when I wake up and evenings feel better.
