Depressed
I took depression test on health app.. score was 16... but I am not sure if I m depressed or it's just lack of motivation ... strange part is I am a doctor myself and still not able to figure this out.
I have Neet pg on 15 June and I am not able to study anything for it ... my peers from another fields are flying high in their carriers and here I am 25 year old mbbs graduate.I am not sure if this is depression or I am just lazy.
Shall I take antidepressants or push myself to work hard?

Constant sensation of fear
I have encountered a racing heart beat, my belly feels tight, feeling choking and feeling like I am going to die around two month. Then for one month I did not face any issues, after that I am facing same situation suddenly. I go to emergency in my near by hospital and they suggest me to take indrenal la 20 for 14 days. After that day, I am not feeling well, more depressed. After 5 days of that incident I went to a cardiologist and he suggested me to do ecg, echo, abpm and some blood test. Where I found that my cholesterol was little high 117 and my abpm results is:
24-hour Average BP: 127/78 mm Hg
Daytime Average BP: 133/84 mm Hg
Nighttime Average BP: 113/66 mm Hg
And
Daytime systolic BP >135 mm Hg in 32.4% of readings.
Daytime diastolic BP >85 mm Hg in 38.2% of reading.
My cardiologist says everything is normal, I have no issues as my ecg and echo are normal.
But From last one month I feel very depressed, I could not sleep properly, I couldn't focus on my studies and daily work.

Focus and anxiety issue during exam
I am a student preparing for a stenography exam scheduled for 29th June. While writing dictation, I experience mental blocks, loss of focus, and performance anxiety. My hand sometimes freezes, and I make mistakes in outlines due to nervousness.
I am looking for a light, short-term solution (preferably non-addictive and without causing drowsiness) that can help me stay calm and focused during practice and the actual exam.
I have already tried herbal options like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, but they have not been very effective.
Kindly suggest a suitable medicine or supplement that can help with focus and anxiety related to exam pressure. Sleep is normal otherwise, and I do not have any other medical issues."
