Hi,am taking uvox 100 and lorezapam 2mg...still am not interested to do any work...what's the reason..thankyou in advance

I am neet aspirant ( 2nd drop ). Upto 10th I was topper , have clarity and focused , positive mindset coz I have supporting people like teachers and family . when I took neet and start prepare in home sometime family use to says ' tere se nhi hoga , bohot tough ye aur bohot batte ' which cause me to doubt on self and leads to hate studying , negative self talk , which decrease my marks and leads to destroy my all positive mindset , confidence ... I shared my feeling with elder brother but he laughed and take it lightly . I try to come out of this loop but I was alone and I needed someone who support me and I trapped in loop . In jan 2025 my family try to fix my marriage without asking my opinion when I said no to my mom she start questioning me 'if you cannot crack neet what will you do ' I cried but that tears not matter to her and I lost all trust on my family . From being topper to facing all , losing all my self worth its very painful and hurt me . I start crying on small things .

Hi Doctors Please help me out in answering my query on Anxiety & Stress. I'm having Anxiety and stress since Covid disappeared for some time and now again started. Heart palpitations frequently, no proper sleep, feeling irritated, work pressure, hyper active really feel fear to go out alone always touching my chest and seeing . Will Anxiety and stress will cause death through the heart, will anxiety and stress will kill me Please advise.

Hello sir/mam I am on escitalopram 20 mg from last 3 months before that I am on 15mg for 4 months and before that I am on 10mg for 4 months for anxiety. I am feeling anxious again from past 16 days ,my doctor added tofisopam 50 yesterday, my query is that ,is this medicine habit forming like benzodiazapines?

One month before Doctor prescribed my husband serta 50 in the morning 8 am.but no improvement.last two day didnot sleep and highly anxious,today  doctor prescribed fostera 5.sos zapiz 0.25.he take serta 50 today morning can he take fostera 5 at night ( today).he is highly anxious and restless.please help.i gave zapiz 0.25 in the today afternoon,

Uncontrolled anxiety 2. Loss intrest in music ,movies,books,life 3. Recurrent thinking about anxiety depression 4. Suicidal

29. Male. 5'6". 75 kg. Currently on paliperidone 75 mg monthly depot injection, aripiprazole 5 mg 0-0-1, Desvenlafaxine 50 mg 0-0-1. Trying to seek second opinion I have been suffering from 1) Body and mind is always in lax state. 2) cannot relax properly. Hence yawns feels       unsatisfying or shallow 3) diminished shivering response 4) absent gag reflex to vegetables I was earlier averse       to. 5) time feels passing slowly.

My husband used to sleep more than 12 hrs a day at a stretch in a week.. After that he won't sleep for 3 days properly.. We have taken an MRI too.. He has mild bilateral maxillary and ethmoidal sinusitis.. Doctor said it's normal.. I want to know the reason for his long term sleep.. Kindly help
