Headache, loose motion,stomach ache,sometimes sleeplessness,irritations in behaviour,mood swings, lack of concentration,lethargic behaviour.

Dear doctors i am having depression from last 6 months i feel lonely i don't talk to anyone i doesn't face this problem previously but i didn't understand why is this happening now i feel like i should have to die and many negative thoughts in my head what should i do

3months ago a monkey scratched me and I got a  vaccine but again I took the  vaccine  another time after 1 week of first because the 1st series was injected on buttocks  after that I am suspicious of everything around me like what if dog licked on the water which was kept in outdoor and I am continuously checking my feet and hands if it has any wounds and the monkeys are wondering around me where ever I go and when I see them my whole body feels scared before this incident I used to love monkeys so much and since this incident I am not able to eat well, drink water and today I went to temple after the dharshan I came out and my slippers are wet here again i started what if it's any dog saliva I have been like this for 2 months now and I can't sleep well and am always very alert around me noticing animals if they are near me or not and yesterday a cat scratched me no blood Just a surface scratch like white line .I feel like I am going to die today or tomorrow because of rabies.

My father js getting addicted to alcohol day by day. He is 58 years old now and we are finding it difficult to make him quit. He is losing all his stamina as well now. Can you help me to suggest something on his case? Note: He is not interested in quitting it and will not take any medicine knowingly to quit.

Dr I live in kolkata and in my complex there are 4 or 5 mongoose and it is 16 floor building everybody uses the lift nobody uses the stairs.stairs doors are always open and I think that mongoose climb those stairs and there was one chair of mine i dont remember how long that chair was there might be 3 months or more then a year.the chair was on 11 th floor.There was a dried feces as i was scared from rabies so i told my brother to keep this in another washroom which we don't use.people keep things there which are not needed. street dogs are not allowed in society only pet dogs and 4 street cats are there.After 1 month my mom cleaned that washroom kept the chair outside and next day what she was wearing kept it on my washed clothes .I got bitten by a bird 2 days ago and I am worried if i wear them I can get rabies.i know that rabies virus does not transmit through feces but I heard that mongoose have natural immunity against rabies and they can transmit to others.please help

My doctor has prescribed Nexito 5mg and Cloam 0.5mg for two weeks. I have used both the tablets for 3 days. Now i want to cut Cloam 0.5mg tablet in tapering way. Means followed by 0.25mg and then later stopping. Is this will be ok? Since i want to avoid dependency.

I was in a relationship with someone in 10 th class he was very uncertain due to his parents after that one day he broke up with me said his parents got to know and denied talking to any girl including one of my frnds and me they are very strict and they will supervision his mobile usage but after that he replied 3 times to my message I had asked him to send me a letter for assurance in future and he agreed but afterwards he didn't replied or see my message further and didn't send me the letter after 4 days he replied to one of my female frnd talked nicely then also 5 times he replied to that female frnd normally but still he said he had problems in home but replied despite his denial of parents so I doubted then after 15 day I messaged him but he blocked me I think his mother saw my message and due to that I am depressed from 3 years I had messaged him that I am depressed I am overthinking a lot about his parents whether they are ok or not if something happened to them is it my fault
