Hello Respected Doctors, Ongoing Nexito 15 and Quitipin 50.Symptoms improving but having new symptoms. Going through family emergency as grandmother underwent surgery and post operative charges are huge. I will not be able to consult as of now but in future will. Pls suggest some long term medicines helping sleep. Regards

I’m diagnosed with ADHD, depression, anxiety disorder, adjustment disorder, and chronic anger issues. After adding Bupropion SR 150 mg, I developed EPS, likely due to interaction with Aripiprazole (currently 1.25 mg). I previously had EPS at 5 mg Abilify, but not at 2 mg without Bupropion. Currently, 1.25 mg Abilify isn’t helping with my anger/irritability, and I’m sensitive to antipsychotics overall. Would Cariprazine be a better option with lower EPS risk and better emotional control, especially alongside Bupropion? Current meds: • Prozac 40 mg • Axepta 40 mg BID • Bupropion SR 150 mg • Aripiprazole 1.25 mg • Depakote XR 250 mg • Ritalin (SOS) • L-Carnosine • Magnesium L-Threonate Thanks in advance!

My husband's friend calls my 14 year old daughter frequently on a regular basis in the guise of teaching her. Most of the times, he calls her to talk random stuff. He is not the lecher/pedophile types. Yesterday when he called I picked up my daughter's phone. I kept saying hello...he did not speak at all so I disconnected.. I called him back and he didn't pick up, got the line busy tone. Today he called my husband and said that your daughter asked me a doubt and I will call your daughter, ask your wife to not pick up my call ( I think he wanted my D to pick up his call) I don't like him calling my daughter frequently and also telling my husband that I should not pick up my daughter's call seems like something is off. What should I make of it?

My relative has been suffering from insomnia from 5 years we approached a doctor and taking the following medicine LONAZEP 2 MAGPROL CR 400 BUPRON XL150   from one weak after using them sleeping sufficiently but getting suicidal thoughts, un able to walk and speak clearly, feeling too weak, repeated thoughts, irritation and angry.... Please help  whom shall we approach.

Hello,i am taking silodon1 and uvox 50.. Addition to these ,doctor prescribed gaba nt for TINGLING. After taking gaba,i have getting started high suicide thoughts and not interested in any work.. Then,i stopped gaba.. After completion of 4 days  also,am not interested in doing my work.. Before taking gaba,i was fully energised.. What will be the reason..pls help me Am in low level mood

I am undergoing CBT sessions.. my psychiatrist suggested me 2 books - what to say when you talk to yourself - don't believe everything you think.. These 2 helped me heal.. Can you suggest similar books self healing or to get insight about myself

I have been experiencing maladaptive daydreaming since a young age, where I often get lost in long and uncontrollable daydreams. Along with this, I struggle with feelings of hopelessness, frequent suicidal thoughts, and very low self-esteem. I constantly feel sad, negative, and emotionally isolated, even when I am around others. These feelings affect my daily life, relationships, and ability to enjoy even small moments. I am seeking help to understand and heal from these struggles.

Explain if the following scenario is masturbation or not: I have an almost-daily habit where I hug and kiss my pillow very passionately, imagining it as my girlfriend — the girl I deeply wished to be with. While doing this, I get emotionally involved, like I'm making out with her. I don't touch my genitals directly or rub them against the pillow, but I do get an erection, and it starts throbbing during the process. Sometimes, I pull back the foreskin slightly to check, and I notice pre-cum has come out. At that point, I stopped. This pattern repeats daily, and I’m starting to feel like I might be masturbating, even though I’m not stimulating myself with my hands or the pillow. Back in the days when I used to masturbate,I used to hump the bed. But it's been 2 years now. There's more to do in life other than this cheap stuff. I'm trying to get hold of one habit that makes me over generalise.
