Hi doctors, when i think about something dangerous i get a feeling of hot rush, sudden hot sensation and i go in panic mode, hand shakes due to fear. All this things stays for 30 seconds max. This happens only when i think something of fear like sudden cardiac arrest etc. I did ecg echo and tmt and thyroid check even lipid. Everything is normal. Please doctors help if it is a panic disorder or something related to brain tumor etc.

I am writing to seek guidance regarding my 5 year old son he's been showing behaviour concern strugles eye contact doesn't sit in one place he doesn't like going out he likes to be at home I have gone for the assessment sent him for occupational therapy and special education as well consulted psychiatrist as well still he hits everyone at home not understanding what to do . Should I give him punishment or put him in boarding school because of my son I am getting anxiety attack I request to help me on this

Before one week i have diagnosed with anxiety issues and i am using nexito 5mg and Cloam 0.5mg from last 7 days in night while sleeping. In Day time i am feeling good now and not more repeated thoughts or negative thinking. I am feeling comfortable as usual i was before. In between, i have reduced cloam 0.5 to 0.25 by cutting it half for 3 days, i woke up in the middle of the night and was feeling fear kind of sensation along with sleep. My doctor said, if u reduce the dose without my consent on your own, fear is the expected problem due to chemical imbalance. He said to complete the two weeks course and meet him again. I worried that, why i am getting fear when i woke up in morning hours or midnight. I didn't got any nightmares or any incident happened in recent days. But i am feeling fearful. Why??

According to my previous consultation and symptoms is there any probability to cure without any family support.I am asking this question because my mental health is decreasing day by day.I cannot handle those situations now.

I am addicted to porn. How to rid from it? As i am having GAD too. And since 2015 i am suffering from PE issue too.  Please help me🙏

Hello Doctors, After trying all meds and techniques,  I find only Zolfresh works. None of the othereds are effective, pls suggest what to do. Can Zolfresh be taken on SOS basis. Regards

I have been having a little anxiety from past few years after Covid..but since last year I have this chronic sore throat and I am not able to figure out what causes it and it's making me anxious.Doctor dismiss me saying it's allergy .last week I went to ent he said I don't have any clinical symptoms and dismiss me saying it is stress.I found a tiny lump 4 days back on back of throat and my anxiety again peeks .i have been feeling suicidal and helpless and not able to focus on anything.How to reduce my anxiety as I want to get treated .I always fear I have cancer..

So i am taking escitalopram 20mg and clonazapeam .5mg from last 6months and i am taking both meds in splitting 10mg and .25 in morning and rest at night. So i want to taper off these meds very slowly specially clonazapeam with hyperbolic taper plan. So if any psychiatrist is aware of this taper plan and can help me with tapering meds with this plan so please tell me. I want online consultation. Thanks

I am having OCD since 10 years , presently I am taking Escitalopram 5 mg but as I feel well I think I can manage intrusive thoughts , fear and doubts . But as soon as I stop I again get trapped into the same cycle. What to do?

My doctor suggested to me, desvenlafaxine 50mg at night and paroxitine at morning. Shall i take both at night? Any side effects occur?
