First you need to consult a Gastero enterologist to diagnose your disease either IBS or Ulcerative colitis. If it is Ulcerative colitis, you will have to undergo treatment by the same specialist.
Next Steps
If it is Irritable bowel syndrome, you may have to consult both GE physician and a psychologist/ psychiatrist parallelly.  The first step is to rule out the diagnosis. For that, you may have to do some basic tests including endoscopy. If GE physician clears you, then go to Psychiatrist/Psychologist. Because ibs could be a mental health disorder too.
Health Tips
Don't delay anymore. start acting now.

What is the diagnosis? If it is IBS, sometimes it is related to mental health. Ulcerative colitis is not related to mental health. Visiting a general physician is recommended first.
Next Steps
If IBS is diagnosed, you should consult a psychiatrist.
