I was diagnosed with OCD and currently on medication Flunil 20 but when I feel anxious due to intrusive thoughts I take medication and when anxiety cams down I stop medicine and this cycle repeats again and again. What should I do?

One year before, I got panic during sleep because of some heavy sound and got severe heart beat at that time. From that time after i feel dizziness most of times daily. Since it been more than one year i always feel dizzy. Bp normal and no sugar.

Hi I have grey hair that has been increasing since 2023. In November 2023 I saw first grey hair, I was 33 then. Also, after January 2024 I got anxiety after cervical spondylitis diagnosis. From then I have been seeing more and more grey hair and now I have many grey hairs in June 2025. What can be reason and what tests do I need to do. I have anxiety my dr give pride cr 12.5 and betanaz tr20 ( propanol 20mg) after one month dr reduced to half pride cr 12.5 and half tab propanal 10 mg now I have consume for four months does it cause first degree av heart block as I don't have any other heart problem does consuming low dose proponol 10 mg if someone consume for six months cause this type of problem like first degree av heart block occur or not due to beta blocker

I have a habit of keeping my body and face muscles tight all day, due to which I am unable to think and focus properly. The more I try to focus the more tough it gets. I face same issue in bathroom as well, the more I try to push poop the poop out the worse it gets. Is this some sort of anxiety issue. Should I take meds?
