Fearful Life

I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for the past 10 years. I’ve taken medication, but the symptoms still affect me daily. Recently, my fears have increased — I constantly worry about my parents getting older, fear being alone in the future, and feel completely dependent on them. The idea of shifting to another city alone terrifies me. I often think that when my parents are no longer around, I won’t be able to manage daily life or step out for anything. I am struggling in career as well. These thoughts lead to heart palpitations, extreme demotivation, and a constant feeling that nothing brings joy anymore — not even being at home. I feel stuck and hopeless. What should I do? How can I overcome this fear and become emotionally strong and independent?

I need help very quickly

My mental health is going down very rapidly. The symptoms are like talking with myself without any reason, lots of overthinking and crying about those reasons etc. and at the end handling those suicidal thoughts. These symptoms increase specifically at night without any reason that's why I can't sleep. The behaviour I do during the suicidal thoughts i cannot handle now.I feel that I will not be able to survive if the symptoms are go increase a little bit more.. I feel helpless because I do not have any family support about this...they don't even know that I am going through these things. Hence, I can't consult any doctor or therapy.I need some serious help.
