Dr I live in kolkata and in my complex there are 4 or 5 mongoose and it is 16 floor building everybody uses the lift nobody uses the stairs.stairs doors are always open and I think that mongoose climb those stairs and there was one chair of mine i dont remember how long that chair was there might be 3 months or more then a year.the chair was on 11 th floor.There was a dried feces as i was scared from rabies so i told my brother to keep this in another washroom which we don't use.people keep things there which are not needed. street dogs are not allowed in society only pet dogs and 4 street cats are there.After 1 month my mom cleaned that washroom kept the chair outside and next day what she was wearing kept it on my washed clothes .I got bitten by a bird 2 days ago and I am worried if i wear them I can get rabies.i know that rabies virus does not transmit through feces but I heard that mongoose have natural immunity against rabies and they can transmit to others.please help

I have ocd from long time i want to know tht can i take clozapine with fluoxetine to improve symptoms of ocd if yes how much doze if effective without any side effects

My doctor has prescribed Nexito 5mg and Cloam 0.5mg for two weeks. I have used both the tablets for 3 days. Now i want to cut Cloam 0.5mg tablet in tapering way. Means followed by 0.25mg and then later stopping. Is this will be ok? Since i want to avoid dependency.

I was in a relationship with someone in 10 th class he was very uncertain due to his parents after that one day he broke up with me said his parents got to know and denied talking to any girl including one of my frnds and me they are very strict and they will supervision his mobile usage but after that he replied 3 times to my message I had asked him to send me a letter for assurance in future and he agreed but afterwards he didn't replied or see my message further and didn't send me the letter after 4 days he replied to one of my female frnd talked nicely then also 5 times he replied to that female frnd normally but still he said he had problems in home but replied despite his denial of parents so I doubted then after 15 day I messaged him but he blocked me I think his mother saw my message and due to that I am depressed from 3 years I had messaged him that I am depressed I am overthinking a lot about his parents whether they are ok or not if something happened to them is it my fault

I have CFS chronic fatigue since 3yrs, post covid on Feb 2022. Can barely walk few steps or talk few words, only in evenings when energy levels get little better. Sleep is excess - 11-12hrs from 2am to 1pm. And still have drowsiness. Cannot take modafinil due to long half life as then I get insomnia. I also get restless with modafinil. What other types of medicines/ treatments can be tried? Does psychiatrist treat CFS? Note that all antidepressants (ssri snri tca) caused higher fatigue. There is no depression or trauma or mood issues.

Can i take clozapine with fluoxetine together I saw on internet tht they both should not taken together

Respected Doctors, Prescribed Quitipin 50 by one doctor and Doxepin 10 mg by another respected doctor for Sleep and Insonmia issue along with Nexito 10.pls guide which one can be taken. Thanks a lot in advance. Regards

Dear Dr She is my mother, and she had both  knees operated as on 7 feb 2025 at livasa Hospital chandigarh. From that day onwards, she  lost her appetite, which remains the same even today, and that day she had a slight mind displacement but now She is feeling better than before because she is  taking Depsonil and sleep is also fine . All the tests have been done but no such disease has been detected. Sir  how is it possible that one does not feel hungry for six months Is this a problem of the mind? If yes then please tell me how this happens and which doctor will treat it, wherever that doctor I will get the check up done. Pl help me .

How long can we use septam plus tablet? more than 3 months or not?? plz dont say ask ur dr..bcz i m just asking for information
