Hi, my problem is : I can't sleep properly, some of the time I can go straight without a day of sleep and sometimes I can sleep a whole day // because of my family I have to do daily basis work in house so i force myself to do work. If i don't worry about that i just don't want to do anything and nothing at all // I don't know what is real and what is a dream, reality and my dream has been mixed up,  sometimes i know that I am in a dream so I would be like ahh.. this is a dream i can just do whatever I want and after thinking that in my dreams I can control what I'm doing in there ( like lucid dreams) Sometimes I can taste, smell & feel the physical touch in my dreams // I would overthink so whenever I'm overthinking I would create imaginary, stories in my mind, it's also applicable when I can't sleep, I've created 1000+ of things in mind // My own mind voice feels unfamiliar & recently able to sense a presence // I just want to quit everything and sleep eternally...

My cousin haa been suffering from delusional disorder. Can she reduce the duration of delusional disorder to 2 to 3 days?

Why Methylphenidate Not Working for Me? I Can’t Take Atomoxetine Hello doctors, I was prescribed Methylphenidate, and it only worked on the first dose, first day. After that, there was no noticeable effect. I’ve tried increasing the dosage and also used both IR and ER versions, but still no improvement. I also cannot take Atomoxetine due to side effects. Can you please help me understand: Why did it only work on the first day? Why is it not working anymore even with higher doses? What can I do to improve its effectiveness?

Does this looks like dog bite or anything I have ocd I am too worried about rabies I am constantly getting thought can someone please say this or not

I am diagnosed with OCD and General anxiety disorder I take Depran L in the night but sometimes I have a feeling of confusion. Does it is due to medicine or just my doubt?

I suspect I may have Down syndrome based on physical traits (epicanthic folds, simian crease, sandal gap deformity), delayed walking (18 months), and childhood obesity. However, multiple psychiatrists suggest hypochondriasis due to my history of serial health anxieties, including past concerns about essential tremors, ADHD, autism, and a brain tumor. A recent karyotype test showed a “normal karyotype,” but the lack of NABL accreditation makes me doubt the results. I’m unsure if I have Down syndrome or if this is another psychosomatic concern. I am facing problem after my delivery.I am not feeling happy with my husband and in laws.They don't torture me physically or emotionally but everytime my mother in law visits our home since pregnancy I get panic attack.She doesn't let me have privacy with my husband and my husband never supports me.Financially also just before delivery my husband lost all our money in Bitcoin and he doesn't realise his mistake.All these are triggering me and I am getting suicidal thoughts.I have 6 months old son I want to take good care of him.Please help.

I have faced this in a much diluted form before, but now it has become a bit extreme. Sometimes, I feel very overwhelmed, my chest starts feeling very heavy like I have to struggle to breathe. My head starts aching a lot too. Moreover, there is a constant fatigue that I feel, even if I have had a good night's sleep. Previously, the trigger was mostly when I get a call or text from work. Sometimes, even when there is no burning issue as such and I simply open my work laptop, I feel this way. Now, for the last few days, I have been feeling like this constantly. I feel sick and it is impacting my work. I have also become very irritable and am losing my temper. Can someone please guide me through this?

I have rabies indirect transmission OCD So frequently took vaccine 30 to 35 in the last 12 years . Full course in 2023 and 2 boosters in may 2024. Recently I ate at a village marriage party, surrounded by dogs . I found some water like drops found in disposal plate . I thought a dog may be licked. This time I am not going for ARV and go to psychiatrist and take medication. A assurance from doctors can reduce my OCD. So please suggest can I take 2 ARV booster in 2-3 year I will take not never worry for rabies .
