I am feeling anxious, depressed and low all the time. Sometimes feel like crying multiple times a day. Not able to / willing to do my day to day work. Almost feel like not leaving my home at any cost. Feel restless and panicked all the time.

Is this report normal? Ive been having palpitations and pain in my left hand and chest for a week now. The palpitations reduce when i take my sos tablet clonazepam. But the hand pain is severe. The ecg says abnormal but when I sent it to my doctor he said it's normal and that there's nothing to worry because I've been dealing with panic attacks for years now and it's likely due to that. Please please help.

I have been on Pantocid L for a year for IBS and dyspepsia. Now the doctor has changed it to Pantocid IT. But after taking it for 5 days I am feeling anxious, weak,  pain in my neck and forehead dizzy. Is this withdrawal symptoms of Pantocid L? I am on amitriptyline 10mg for IBS for years. But for 3 days  I feel weak, dizzy and pain in my legs. Please help🙏

I am still lying down but feel as if I am on boat. I fear earthquakes and this motion feeling is while lying down. The surrounding is still only I feeling as if I am in motion.

After 1.5 years of suffering, I finally got mental relief when a psychiatrist prescribed me Flunil (Fluoxetine). It worked mentally, but after some time, I developed severe itching and skin rashes. Then I consulted another psychiatrist. He changed my medication to Fluvoxamine. Hello Drs, I recently started getting anxiety attacks / adrenaline surges.  If i need sleep along with no anxiety tickles. Advise which medicine below stops ticklish anxiety. Can i hav Neurologist  prescribed - FLUTRIMELI 0.5/10mg  &  ETILAAM 0.5 mg ( sos ) A psychiatrist - Proponal 10mg and  clonazapem 0.25  (sos) Another psychiatrist - Only clonazapem for 20 days. He advised I can have Etilaam or clonozapem. But at night he advised clonozapem.  All advising me stop flutrimeli but Can i have flutrimeli along with Etilaam or clonozapem? Overly feel ticklish sensation -  Behind neck, underfeet, and palms. I feel like keeping my fist too tightly closed and can't keep my feet are on ground calmly I want to fold them too since too ticklish. I become hyperalert and stammer and talk. I REALLY NEED HELP TO CALM these tickle attacks. Etilaam seem to work calming body shakes. Am I right? observation - Body shaking continuously if I am on proponal only.

So i am working rn, but salary is less but that doesn't concerns me a lot, what happens nowadays i can't think straight i feel like i am falling behind, my mind is always filled with thoughts, something breathing becomes heavy and eyes get droopy,i am not able to sleep properly my sleep schedule is not good. I have a partner too he supports me alot does things for me but when it comes to intimacy things everything gets depressing, because he has a condition, so it makes me a little frustrated, helpless and angry.i feel distant between us in times like this. But idk what to do. my job seems a little hectic for me but i can't leave this job because idk what to do in future. people are getting good jobs and everything and here i am fighting between my interests and jobs I have a useless talent of painting which is not helpful now, i am not able to support my parents, when I am sitting idle i always feel this uneasy ness, i feel my mind will burst it's heavy all the time.
