You can take any of it under your doctors advice Must follow some lifestyle modifications called as sleep hygiene for sound sleep

You can try either, but frankly Both are just supplements to main medicines. There are several causes for insomnia. Treatment provides great relief to so many patients. Short term course may also help. Tc!
