Hi, I am initially diagnosed with depression and general anxiety before eight years but right now, I am desperately trying to get rid of the medications which I am taking as whenever I am trying to cut down the medications, I am experiencing the withdrawal symptoms and I am sure. I didn't tap the medication properly, and that is the issue as I am taking nexito 5MG and sulpitac 20 MG please kindly help me to overcome this issue. Thank you so much. It would definitely mean a lot to me !!

Stopping antidepressants and antipsychotic-type medications requires a very slow and structured taper, sometimes over weeks to months. Sudden or fast reduction commonly leads to withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, dizziness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and body sensations. A doctor usually adjusts the dose in small steps, switches to safer alternatives if needed, and monitors symptoms while tapering. With a guided taper plan, most people can safely come off long-term medication.
