Acidity problem
I have been suffering from head tightness, anxiety, depression , insomnia and low energy.my psychiatrist prescribed zosert 50 Mg tablet, qutan 50 sr tablet, librium 10 mg tablet and etilaam 0.25 mg tablet. I forgot to tell the doctor that i have been suffering from acidity and bloating.Now please tell me whether can i take Omeprazole tablet with these medicines

Definitely you can take Omeprazole or other PPI for acidity along with these medications Some life style modifications must be followed for reducing acidity problems as* *Avoid caffeine rich diet as coffee, tea, after 6 o'clock in evening no tea or coffee * Try to reduce smoking or alcohol if you have *Dinner before 8, do not lie down on bed just after meal *Have some brisk walk and relaxation exercise *Reduce screen time, it will improve sleep and sound sleep reduces acidity *If possible try to avoid oily, spicy food and opt more fruit and fibre rich diet
