For the past 4-5 years I feel that I am not me, not always but most of the time sometimes I feel I am okay maybe because I am getting used to it but I feel dense fog inside my head. I can't remember anything, I am confused all the time, can't make decisions. And I feel the problem is getting worse with time and I can't do anything about it, these days I don't even have words to speak. My parents say it's nothing but I am completely changed I don't feel like myself. I was very extroverted and interesting/strong personality before and now my aura is in negative. Nobody likes me now and values my presence which is completely opposite than before. I used to have a lot of friends and don't have a single one now. My relationship with everyone is getting bad even with my family. I can't live like this. You will be the god for me if you can help me become myself again permanently.🙏🥺

Am getting suicidal thoughts even after changing medicine.. Lithium 400 Venlafaxine 37.5 Clinijoy20 Which is the next step to take, Rtms or ect treatment?

I m suffering from depression and anxiety from last 3yrs .i m taking stalopam 10mg daily and I tolerate it .few months before my anxiety started increasing so my doc added petrilbeta 10mg for 3months.it have good efect I feel good and relaxed but I feel very tired and fatigue and low energy and shortness of breath so what should I do .

I have been admitted to NIMHANS hospital in Bangalore. I am taking sertraline 100 mg morning 1 and night 1 and propranolol 20mg morning 1 and night 1 and clonazepam 0.5mg night 1 for the last 25 days They told me I have hypochondriasis ( Illness anxiety disorder) Songs repeatedly go in my mind when I hear any songs for the last 3 Months but after admitting here now reduced little bit like low sound but I have severe hair fall and double vision when moving hands But the doctor said don't ask me anything about your symptoms and about tablets dosage They are not giving any attention to my queries And now they are increasing sertraline from 200mg to 300mg per day But the maximum High dose is 200mg only right  so I am very afraid to take 300mg  what can I do now

Both Medicine taken within a span of 6.5 hours is it safe ? Also can Modafinil 100 mg be taken with Prodep 20 mg and Provanol Forte 0.5 mg..I am confused need suggestions

I had taken a tablet of etizolam of 0.25 mg last night. I have been prescribed zolpidem 10 mg as a new treatment for insomnia. Is it ok to start the medication this night which would make a gap of 24 hrs between both medications or should I wait for a few days before I start with the new medication.

I have a burning sensation and wound like pain in my right temple which spreads till the last right tooth since last 7 years. It lasts continuously for 24 hours. I feel this sensation on my tongue and cheek of the same side as well. It increases as I speak or hear and after eating. This pain disrupts my sleep All my MRIs, CT scans and other tests shows that my right temple is in perfect condition. Based on  symptoms Neurologists have treated me for migraine, trigeminal neuralgia and temporal arteritis but none of them could give me relief from this sensation and pain. My Radiologist suggested to consult a Psychiatrist. Ghabrahat hoti hai jisse chest pain hone lagta hai. Need urgent help.

Hi, I wanted to know if I could get a diagnostic test done for mental health conditions like OCD/GAD/ADHD. I have consulted psychologists before who have always told me to get a test to verify before proceeding for any type of psychological treatment as well.
