Over active bladder with pain and leak
I am 31 years old male now. Since childhood,(may be age of 3 or 4years)I have over active urinary bladder , with pain in the bladder whenever urge comes with urine leakage and also a problem of Irritable bowel syndrome constipation alternate with diarrhoea and also tendency of anal fissure. I consult many psychiatrist but, can't continue treatment. Taking their prescribed medications from the very first dose I feel severe stomach bloating, headache and complete loss of appetite and severe hard stool. Why this is happening??

Hii.. Consult an urologist and rule out organicity first.. If all tests were normal then the Psychiatrist role begins. Consult online for further queries and treatment
