I am suffering from anxiety from almost 7-8 years.Symptoms and go,have been to few psychiatrist as well, prescribed medicines like paxidep,toficalm etc.It gets better but then again it comes back.I had symptoms of depersonalisation and derealization as well but very moderate.Currently from past 3-4 days this feeling of depersonalisation and derealization has become very strong,I am currently on paxidep cr 12.5,the feeling is so strong that it seems like I will pass out now.It's getting very bad experience for me.Everythings appear in 2D.sleep is almost okay,I sleep for 7-8 hours,I am a software engineer has some work pressure but not much. Please guide me what should I do,I am very much frightened.

Hi.. sometimes vitamin deficiencies can also cause the above symptoms. However I will need detailed history to advise appropriately. Consult online for further evaluation and management
