I had to take flunil for 8 months in 2023. After that i was okay and i left all medicines. But now experiencing mild symptoms of depression again. Can i restart the medicine and can this medicine be used when needed or should I take it for a month for mild symptoms of depression and anxiety.

It's happening from last 8 month that whenever I sit for studying I am unable to build focus I just jump into the loop of overthinking And due to this I cannot study happily which I used to do early Please help me

I consulted two doctors one given d veniz 50 three times and another given seta 25 at night for my mixed. Anxiety and insomnia problem due to diabeties and blood pressure I am confused which medicine I should take . Plz help me out.

I am on medication flunil, lamitor and d veniz for depression anxiety.. Yesterday I was in a crowded place.. where the person behind me kept touching me inappropriately.. I could feel his touch. But not not able to process that he's touching in wrong way. It was after 10 min I told people n they caught him. But still I was not aware what to do. I was not in senses/aware about what's happening... What's all this. ? It wasn't that I was afraid and couldn't speak. I was not able to process his actions.

Taking ativan 2mg for insomnia for 6 years , recent times struggling with sleep and excessive thinking. Doctor have added escitalopram 10mg along with Ativan, but If I take escitalopram facing gastric and burning during urination on next day. Please suggest.

This cycle reinforces my phobia, making travel impossible despite no cardiac history. **Current Meds:** *Inderal LA 40 mg* (started at 20 mg), *Tryptomer 10 mg*, *Stalopam 10 mg*, and *Zapiz 0.5 mg* (emergencies). **Concerns:** Doses keep rising with no relief. *Is this anxiety-driven? Should I revisit cardiac tests? How to break this fear-travel-pain cycle?* Urgently need strategies to reduce medication reliance and regain mobility. Thank you!
