My age is 23, mere Gale me sans ghumti huyi achank upr uthti hai , jisse mujhe bhut ghabrahat hoti hai but Meri ECG, ULTRASOUND CHEST XRAY CBC LFT RFT THYROID LIPID PROFILE ELECTROLYTES TEST ENDOSCOPY HBsAG HIV all are normal but why still having this problem , mene 4 baar pulmonologist ko dikhaya wo khte hai normal hai sb ,

I am feeling fear don't know why and panic type sometime lonely don't want to do anything and lack of interest. And recentely I saw some psychiatry cases and after that I am feeling fear Before that I was ok but now I don't know what happened.

Can you take clonazepam 0.25 or 0.5 mg in pregnancy strictly on SOS basis? Does it harm the baby if taken only when needed?

I am on 100mg sertraline and now my anxiety is gone, but I am feeling so brain fog, poor concentration, weaknesses, memory problem when I approached my psychiatrist she advised me to 150mg per day, when I take dose of 150mg in starting days, i feel so anxious, fast heartbeat Please tell me to do something, what's the cause behind this, I am so far from my psychiatrist, it's not easy to contact her again and again

I have been preparing for an exam for a very long time and i am in complete isolation . Now as it is my last attempt i am unable to study anything its just i have lost interest.studying everyday feels like climbing a mountain, feels tired when i study and with this attitide how on earth will i be able to clear the exam. I go to gym daily , sleep ok, food habits are little bit off but why this is happening? I am unable to understand.

Hello, From past 3 years I'm very distrubed after delivery.If baby cry my inlaw will fight with me you made baby cry for small things we are fighting even with my husband he doesn't support me always blame me simply no love no interest.I feel like he got married only for the sake of child and I get irritated and angry no support only always I feel depressed and feel like taking divorce.pls suggest some medicine

Since I have heard that for some reason my grandfather cursed to a man after their fight that in future your grand children will die, ..and unfortunately they died when they were young.. And I have seen commentator to curse batsman of got out, and they got out..and many incidents once a person of my office said to me that I will die single (kunwara) when friendwas  teasing me about getting married.. But I don't know where it came into my mind that ohhh if it will happen tahn what...and it stucked in my mind...and it became anxiety that I will die single, on my wedding day and more... What should I do... please help...what should I do..it is vary scary
