I was hugging and kissing a pillow imagining it as a girl. It led to an erection. Then I placed the erection between my thighs instinctively like I used to do in the past whenever I had an erection. I already have an existing fear of pre-cum appearance. I wasn't starting to stimulate it to climax or anything. Nor was I trying to edge. I instantly stopped when I felt if these can lead to the doubt "This could be masturbation which is what I'm trying to not do it". When I checked the penis there was pre-cum. Is this masturbation? I mean I didn't mean to masturbate at all or stop before the climax. I didn't even start.

My brother aged 54 years has chronic alcoholism. I push him many times to take treatment to quit this bad habit but he didn't listen me even start arguing me and some time he becomes violent. I am fed up with him. He is not ready to test LFT as he is not able to eat proper diet . Kindly advise me what should I do ?

Well, from childhood I was a curious child, but slowly slowly, that changed as I grew up that curiosity changed into overthinking, right now I'm suffering from Rabies OCD, I have extreme fear of this disease since 9th grade when I first learn about it, in 2023 I had a overthinking week when my dog licked my bottle and i touched it I spent the whole week thinking about it but it got better on its on, but now again im having the same OCD, I did not have a contact with a animal its just that a monkey broke a flower garland outside of my home, and im thinking what if that monkey was rabid and it left its saliva on the flower, but slowly this changed into more severe, now I'm always thinking what if I go outside and touch some place where there is animal saliva, it's getting worse, also i have a handwashing OCD and now they both got mixed and now I'm washing my hand very much because of this, kindly please help, well my condition I guess is a outcome of a long overthinking from childhood

I am on Dvenlor 50mg and clonazapem 0.25 mg for almost a year.. .When Doctor tried to stop or reduce the drug I feel withdrawl symptoms so again I am about to take the same medicine.. I am taking these tablet for anxiety.Now my anxiety is gone.But now I am unable to quit these tablets . Kindly suggest me some solution

I once overcame depression on my own, but now, during trauma, suicidal thoughts come. I have had anger issues for a long time, which is why I hurt people close to me.I can't focus on my career and studies & my family knows nothing about this situation and even when I was in depression. But that trauma i cannot handle my own.

Suffering from a trauma I have been going through mental trauma for the past five years which is happening to my family members. Good afternoon doctor, I am patient of anxiety my bp in anxiety always 145/98 approx daily and heartbeat 104 and after sometime taking clonzopam 0.25 mg bp is 130/85 and heartbeat 89 approx. Sir some doctor suggested ciplar 20 la Medicine. But after taking I am so much anxious because of its side effects. Please tell it is helpful or dangerous for me ???

Dr ruled out migrane. He said it's tention type Headache. I have anxity issue. But i get intense pain. How he has prescribed riaznet. Net says it's for migraine.. Now I am confused... Earlier he gave betacap tr for headache
