Health Tips
You are not alone-many people experience this, and with the right support, recovery is possible. Until you see a professional, try to maintain a simple daily routine, talk to someone you trust, and practice small calming techniques like deep breathing.
You’ve been carrying so much alone, and it’s exhausting. The forgetfulness, the tears, the feeling of wanting to give up these are signs your mind has been under too much strain for too long..
You’re not weak for feeling this way. You’ve been strong for too long without help. Healing begins with sharing the weight.
Next Steps
Immediate safety first – those suicidal feelings need attention. If they get stronger, you must reach out right away, trusted person, or go to the nearest hospital.
Professional care – book an appointment with a psychiatrist to check if medication could help stabilise your mood and energy. At the same time, start therapy sessions so you’re not carrying this weight alone.
Tiny steps daily – you won’t feel like doing much, and that’s okay. Choose one very small, doable thing each day like stepping outside for five minutes, journaling a thought, or calling one supportive person.
Rebuild connection – isolation deepens the pain. Even if you don’t feel like it, gently reintroduce safe connections whether a friend, a sibling, or a support group.
Compassion for yourself – your brain is tired, not broken. Forgetfulness, tears, loss of interest—these are symptoms, not your identity. Healing is possible.
Health Tips
Breathe with your body – place a hand on your chest, inhale slowly through your nose, exhale longer through your mouth. Repeat 5 times. It calms the nervous system.
Don’t stay alone with dark thoughts – if suicidal feelings grow, call a helpline or a trusted person immediately. Sharing saves you in that moment.
