Hi , I have been taking antidepressants since last four years I did get some relief from anxiety and depression but I am having difficulty to understand in my studies. Is that happening because of medicine also if yes is this reversible ? I am taking escitalopam 10 mg since 4 years . it were more medicines before but now only escitalopam

I seem to have developed insomnia. I barely get any sleep, and I get random panic attacks, not visual but mental. I lose sight of what to do and what to think. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm getting constant self-harming thoughts but I don't know what to do. I know it's not right so I don't do anything. Please help.

My sister has been going through a lot of stress due to relationship problem this year Things has been in good terms and bad terms with her boyfriend and friend. They are having a lot of conflict. Earlier it was ok but now it is taking a toll on her. She is missing classes, not willing to do anything and skipping meals as well. She wants thing to get better but she is also hopeless that anything will align anytime soon. She feels like leaving college and coming back to home. She constantly feels that no one actually cares foe her even when she is sharing how she feels person aren't validating her emotions and she is left alone everytime. This all makes her feel worthless and as if she is all alone and no one actually cares or wants her in their life. What should be done now?

I have severe anxiety, lack of concentration, anger issue .. So much headache, fear issue.and many more. I consult to psychiatrist too. But after stop medicines i got same problem. Now i can't afford to pay that much money to psychiatrist.. I did counselling too but only once... Please help me if anyone can help🙏

I m 35years old...I had problem in sleeping..doctor prescribed me Relixol..2times a day..and alfadep tablet..and cilapam..being afraid I only took alfadep one tablet once jst for the first time...after that I don't know why I having unusual thinking pattern.. somtimes feeling depressed..sometimes suicidal feeling coming.. sometimes thinking unusual..focusing on my head sometimes..are these side-effects of alfadep tablet..that I took once..?what should I do ..I m being obsessive about my thoughts..pls help

I have been experiencing intrusive thoughts, flashbacks of  traumatic experiences, emotional triggers, emotional pain,self blame and mood swings. Why is that happening?

I am 7 months pregnant and not able to sleep since 5-6 days. What should I do ? Please help ! Thanks !
