Hi all, My son is 4.5 months old. Few days back I saw some orange spots in his diaper. Especially in the afternoon. I thought it might be due to dehydration because of the humid climate. When I masturbate , I feel burning sensation but it doesn't happen during every masturbation. This burning sensation remains upto 1 to 2 hr then it disappears. It has been happening since 3 to 4 years , I thought that it will normalise, but it won't. Few days ago I feel this sensation before ejaculation, it persisted  upto 1 hr then disappeared. Is it serious condition?
