Hi, I used to take Thyronorm 100 for Hypothyroidism for the last few years. Recently my TSH levels dropped to 0.07. My iron level is at 39 mcg/dl. On a Practo consultation a week ago, I was advised to take Thyrox 75 on empty stomach, Thyropace (2 months) and Orofer (1 month) after lunch and Beplex forte (1 month) after dinner. I am passing dark stool for the last 3 days. Plz let me know if any of the medication needs to be altered.

Hello doctor, My Grandma she is around 75+, she is a diabetic patient and is under medications since years. Recently her sugar levels got down and suffered blood vomiting ,resulting a terrible weakness. She couldn't get up for a long time and faced loss of appetite,fatigue. She often had trouble with this low sugar levels that make her inactive but was able to recover with little intake of sugar. Recently these blood vomiting and loss of appetite which are extra symptoms from routine. What caused this? Is it some other disease? Do we need to take her for some tests?

My father had well controlled diabetes before getting corona.. but after he caught corona.. we admitted him to hospital for better checkup as he had diabetes.. now since he is on medication.. his blood sugar is increasing and doctor have to give insulin injection. Before corona.. he managed his diabetes well with medicines only. After he is cured and discharged... will have to continue taking insulin or will medicines will do??? I have heard once insulin is started you have to take it for life long. Plzz suggest.
