Hormonal Imbalances

Hello sir/ma'am I'm 18 years old, and my height is 5'1 I want to increase. my height I've tried ayurveda medicine but there is no such difference "need help"!

I am on insulin. Novarapid before meal (12-2-8U) and levemir 10U at bedtime. I want to know if i travel by flight in this covid situation, is it ok. Unfortunately if i get impacted due to corona, can a diabetic be treated and recover from it?

I don't have diabetes. But a month back i had my blood sugar random test which was showing pre diabetes (159.2). Today i had my sugar fasting test which was 86.4 mg/dl. Tomorrow i am going to have a sugar test which is done after eating. A month back i stopped eating any kind of added sugar. I am taking sugar in form of fruits. But yes, yesterday before sleep i had very little jaggery with milk. So my question is What should i eat before tomorrow's test? Should i eat any kind of added sugar for more accuracy of test?

From last 10 years..some goes till 350 and premonopause state from last 1 year and skin is becoming dull

Since childhood only, my hands tremble. I got diagnosed for hypothyroidism in 2013 and have been on medicine since then. My latest tsh level is 2.5. I take Telma H medicine for BP and at times, I have anxiety and claustrophobia also. Please advise medicine or treatment.

Iam non diabetic Iam test by sugars. FBS 86 RBS 100 ( At evening 7 PM  after consumes morning breakfast 2 T, Afternoon meals and evening Tea) How often check my Sugars . Pls suggest. Regards.

Sir/madam, I'm padmaja. My 14yr old daughter gained only 3cm from the past 3yrs(since she attained her puberty). I heard that ashwagandha helps in gaining height with some exercises. Shall we start putting ashwagandga in her diet? Does ashwagandha really helps in gaining height?
