Hello! I am not a diabetic but I just checked my sugar level at home with a Glucometer today. To my surprise, my Fasting sugar was 134 & PP after 2 hours of breakfast was 113. Please suggest, what does it indicate. Does it mean I have got Diabetes? Thanks.

I am a non diabetic person having no medication. On a general check, my HbA1c is 6.1. Is it harmful. What should I do to reduce it.

Diabetic patient for last 5 years. Blood sugar fasting 123 and hb1c 6.3. Taking ajaduo 10/5. Want to consult doctor.

My father's Age -63 He is Currently using medicines - Gluconorm PG2 (using from last 7 years) and Vilnip-500 (using from 8-10 months). BGR-34 ( used for 2 years) Sugar level before meal - around 200 After meal 360 - 400 His weight is also reducing. Its around 51 kg now. Feel tired after doing normal work. No change in sugar level even after using these medicines regularly. He is Following proper diet as well. His Weight reduced from 58 to 51 this year. Not sure if weight lose is due to use of Vilnip 500 or any other reason.

So 9 yrs back I was diagnosed with autoimmune thyroiditis and it disappeared on it's own without any medication in a months perios. I never had thyroid problems after that, also had two babies and everything was normal. My thyroid levels were always good . Now I am diagnosed with MS a month back...done with steroid course of 21 days. Does that really require further medication or should body be given a chance to heal on itself?

I am 66yrs old and taking prolomet XL 50 ecosprin 150 av are using. I visited heart Dr for heart general check at that time fasting sugar 152 and Abh1c fasting 7.6 noticed in this week. previously 4months ago my reading is110 and Abhic 6.2. Due to corona I am  residing in the home only.I shown this report my Physician also 4 days back for other problem.Both are nt prescribe medicin for sugar If medicin is required pl prescribe basic medicin.

I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and taking 75 mcg .recently when I did thyroid proficiency test my tsh levels were 1.71uIu/ml   t3 -1.07ng/ml t4 - 9.78ug/dl ...I didn't take thyroid medicine before testing. Should I continue the medicine

I have questions on TRT therapy. There is more and more usage of TRT in developed world wherein the original testosterone from male body is "getting replaced" by filling new synthetic Testosterone through injections. I do not see TRT very common approach in India as compared to the Western world. Eg Our doctors are happy with 600 level of testosterone whereas doctors in developed world target testosterone levels of 900-1100. Is India too cautious about TRT? Any reason please?
